EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1254], present in this room.
As we find, there are disturbances that prevent the better physical functioning of the body. These as we find have to do with the glandular system and the effects this has upon the circulation, the assimilation.
Hence we find the metabolism and the katabolism both disturbed, and the lack of the vitality that is necessary come from this incoordination between the deep and the superficial circulation.
These then are the conditions as we find them with this body, [1254] we are speaking or, present in this room:
IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find that lack of the hormones within same to produce the proper coagulation with the use of the energies in the functioning organs. Thus we find the system at times giving away as it were under this very activity. This is produced by the lack of those activities in the adrenals, the thyroid, as combined with those through an activity in the liver area itself.
This effect then upon the circulation is to take away the vitality to such an extent that the body becomes depleted with either mental or physical exertions, so that the nerve forces of the whole body give away. And there come periods when there are the reactions through the coordination that bring the depressions and those feelings of the heaviness throughout the circulatory system, as well as in the mental reactions to condition, surrounding or environs as surround the body.
IN THE NERVE FORCES OF THE BODY, here we find a cause as well as an effect. As we find there has been a severe nervous shock to the portions of the LOWER end of the spine, as well as causing lateral lesions along portions of the cerebrospinal nervous system.
This then adds to those disturbances through the lack of the proper activity in the glandular forces of the system as indicated, and bring about the incoordination between the sympathetic and the cerebrospinal, or the cerebrospinal and the vegetative nerve forces. Especially is this incoordination in the 4th lumbar or the lumbar axis and in the upper portion of the 9th dorsal plexus.
These then as combined with the inactivity through the circulatory system, as affected by the metabolism and the katabolism and the assimilation and the circulation, produce a nerve exhaustion for the body at times; an those trembling, tingling sensations that occur at periods for the body bring about greater distresses.
IN THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ORGANS THEMSELVES, in the brain forces and their reactions, and the reflexes from activities are very good considering that there is a distress throughout the nervous system of the body but shown that there is a basic or a specific cause as well as contributory causes for reflexes from the ileum plexus to the lower portions are not coordinant with those above the diaphragm area.
In the throat, bronchi, lungs, larynx, as organs these we find only defective in sympathetic reaction.
As to the glandular forces through the thyroids, through the pineal, through the thymus and all of these make for distresses at times that make for this fullness as comes through heart's area or through the head, through the fullness in the throat, but LACKING in the manner of secretions for the activity with the circulatory forces as indicated.
In the heart's activity, organically very good; sympathetically through its nervous reaction distortions come as indicated.
In the digestive forces of the body we find those that may be said to be nervous reactions, or nervous indigestion, and the assimilated forces of that which disagrees at times may at others be assimilated by the body. Thus we find an unbalanced condition between the upper and lower portion even of the digestive force itself. Acidity at times and an overalkalinity at others, and the overalkalinity is more disturbing than the acidity.
These are produced rather from the applications that have been made to create a better nervous reaction, and thus sedative forces or sedative activities that are taken internally by the body becomes more as the disturbing forces than even allaying in this reaction.
Then with the assimilated forces being upset makes for disturbances through eliminations, upsetting the digestive forces or organs and disturbing throughout the alimentary canal.
As we would find then, first in the beginning, in making for those applications that will not only relieve but as WE find if there is consistent and persistent application of those forces indicated we may bring about a normal reaction for the body, thus relieving the physical disturbances, making for a channel of the physical activity and mental activity that may be an OPPORTUNITY for the developing of the spiritual and soul influences through this body in this experience.
First we would, so far as possible, leave off much of that which has been taken as a sedative reaction for the system at any period.
Begin with very SMALL portions of Atomidine; one minim of morning before any food or meal is taken, in half a glass of water. Take this for five days.
Then begin with the Radio-Active Appliance for the coordination of the circulatory forces through the system.
And begin with the manipulative measures to remove those lesions that exist in the coccyx, the 4th lumbar, the 9th dorsal; COORDINATING these with the upper cervicals and upper dorsal areas, but the CORRECTIONS are to be made in the sacral and coccyx area and 9th dorsal area.
During the period these are taken leave off the Atomidine. When there is a rest period again after the six weeks, begin again with the Atomidine.
In the diets, these have been altered or changed so they have become as a disturbed condition for the whole body. Hence we will find the necessity of rather remaining for a period upon rather a strict diet. These as an outline, though other foods and varied combinations may be had - but beware of combinations of starches with the proteins. Or as this:
Mornings - preferably oranges or orange juice, with grapefruit at times or grapefruit juice, with rice wafers or whole wheat toast, with coddled egg at times. Do not eat other than the yolk of same. With a cereal drink, or occasionally coffee without milk - though sugar may be taken if it is desired.
Noons - only either raw vegetables or broths or vegetable soups.
Evenings - vegetables that grow preferably above the ground to those below, though in the raw vegetables such as beets and carrots and the like may be taken if these are grated. The meats as would be taken would be preferably lamb, fowl or fish. But NO shell fish until there is a great deal of change in the system, though when those periods arise again for certain types of shell fish these would be well.
Do this. Be consistent, be persistent; we will have a normal, healthy body.

(Q) At the end of the rest period when the Atomidine is to be begun again, should it be taken just for the five days at first?
(A) Should be taken for the whole period of the rest period, which should be from three to four weeks before again some adjustments and manipulations.
Keep the vibrations from the Radio-Active Appliance at ALL periods save during the time the Atomidine is being taken; preferably when the body is resting, and use for at least an hour. If the body sleeps or needs this for sleep, this taken AS the rest will make for sleep, rest.
(Q) Has Dr. Frischkorn been on the right line of treatment?
(A) Partially so. These have been IRRITATING at times to portions of the system. Hence the necessity of first CLEANSING the glandular forces before manipulative and vibratory forces are given. The electrical forces as given are TOO active and hence the low form - or ONLY the vibrations of the body itself in electrical forces from the Radio-Active Appliance as we find are helpful in the present condition.
(Q) Did the treatments that were taken at Hot Springs lower my vitality?
(A) They certainly did! It took UP not only the activities from the adrenals but from the thyroid also. It produced a greater disturbance between the superficial or the hepatic and the central circulation.
(Q) Will I receive a cure here or will I have to go away for it?
(A) Do these things HERE; the body may be perfectly normal if it will adhere to these for the first the five days, the six weeks, the three weeks, then another period of four to six weeks - and we should be quite a different body. Do that. Be consistent, and because the body feels better do not overtax the body but do not leave off in adhering rather strictly to the diets.
