ATTENTION: EDGAR CAYCE
Dear Sir:
Mr. [
4219] and I talked about Mrs. [
1271] on Saturday
morning, October 10th. He called you at my request, and I
received your letter late Sunday afternoon, October 11th.
Mrs. [
1271] passed away at 12:05 A.M., Sunday morning.
I appreciate the promptness with which you dispatched your
message, and am sorry that Mr. [
4219] did not talk with me
about this at a much earlier date. I understand there is a
definite charge for which you are to bill me, and if you will
do so I will be glad to send you my check.
10/16/36 EC's reply: "As regards any bill Mr. [...], there
is none, if you wish to become a member of the Assn. all well
and good you can fill the application in order, otherwise if
you wish to contribute to our undertaking alright, if not
alright, this is not done for money. It is a sincere desire
to be helpful to our fellow man when possible wish had some
data to send you, but this little pamphlet will give you some
idea of what it has meant to one person at least.
"May the strength of Divine love be with you during these sad
hours.
"With all good wishes"
