(Q) Now Mr. Cayce, what kind of exercise do you refer to
upon retiring?
(A) With the body lying prone, that is, upon the back, see,
the limbs drawn up and extended and kept in the circular
motion for some two to three minutes each evening, see,
the limbs raised high, see, then extended and kept in this
circular bending motion to force, with the medicinal
properties, the equalizing of the blood forces. Do not
remove by operative forces, see, but by the absorption and by
the equalizing of the circulation in the body. The exercises
taken in the evening or at time of retiring so that the body
has advantage of the physical rest of the body and gives the
subconscious or superconscious forces their incentives to
carry the healing forces to the body, see.

about 16 months old, having been born
9/29/24.
5/10/29 Her oldest, 1st daughter, married a Protestant
minister.

10/25/34 Her 3rd daughter married.
1/17/35 Letter: "My body don't seem to be able to let me
do the things I should do. I am a burden to myself at times
and it is all in my legs, or appears to be.
"I surely feel that what has been accomplished [A.R.E.] is
wonderful and you folks who are plowing through many hard
things to do this great work are to be congratulated. Trust
that you will find greater joy and be benefited in many ways
for your sacrifices to the organization."
6/24/35 Her 2nd daughter married and came on honeymoon to
visit EC.
10/20/35 Letter to EC from Mrs. [
1408]:
I learned many things when I got to a place I had to be
still. I had a very bad leg and ankle wondered some times
if it would heal and through faith in my God it healed and
I now thank Him every day that I am able to walk and trust
that I will do the things He would have me do to live daily
as a true soldier willing to do his will and stop all worry,
for it brought me many heartaches and got me nowhere. I have
learned that I no longer need lack anything as my mind is
given to realize that my God is my instant and constant
supply. He has taught me patience through adversity. Pray
for me that I can help my family by my daily living, to
realize where all good comes from, that I can especially
help [[...] son, her 4th child] to be good and clean and
make a man rich in the better things of life. I have seen
so much of youth to-day - going astray through temptations
that all I ask is to try to teach him the best things we
need to live true and faithful to our God.

1408-2.
