1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1466]. Now we find, while the body is very good in many respects, there are disorders that may be corrected and give a much nearer normal functioning of the body.
2. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [1466] we are speaking of, present in this room:
3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY we find there are indications of an unbalanced condition in the elements of the plasms in the blood supply, or a metabolism and katabolism both. These at times allow the blood supply to become so overcharged as to have the effect in the lymph and capillary circulation, as of irritations, as a rash; not eczema, yet at times scaly in its activity, more effective at times to portions NOT exhibited or not exposed to air - as the lymph gland - arms, groins, or body; again more susceptible we find to EXPOSED portions, as in hands, neck, face or head, OR feet. These from the CHARACTER of the condition indicate that there is an unbalanced condition in the ELEMENTS as supply the activity of the plasm, or the effluvia of the blood supply itself, and ORGANS are necessarily disorganized; not organic disorganization, but more functional - from the nerve conditions of the body THROUGH such strains. These come periodically at times, and then again come with apparently NO reason but from nerves.
4. IN THE NERVE SUPPLY, OR NERVOUS SYSTEM, we find there has existed, and does exist, nerve exhaustion, which is indicated in the various tissue of the body, and the body runs often on pure nerve energy, and needs STIMULI that brings for the system an exaggerated reaction. Hence those conditions of nerve exhaustion for the organs, rather than brain fag or the like - though this at TIMES comes, as we might say, as a RELIEF for the body IN brain energy fag, or else the body would be nerve exhausted to such an extent as to bring DETRIMENTAL conditions to ALL the SENSORY organism. These, as we find, come more from the body using itself physically and mentally when it is ALREADY under strain, from conditions constitutionally AND functionally that exist from time to time. With rest, plenty of fresh air, the body easily recuperates - but his shows again a nerve reaction. There is also exhaustion in the nerve forces in the present, of those conditions that are apparent in portions of the system where there are relaxed portions from a strain, that has allowed the folds of the system through nerve exhaustion to become penetrated by those of the organs, those of the covering itself of the pleura, as it were, OF the INTESTINAL system - see? This, as we find, does not show at present irritation LOCALLY, but rather as irritation to the ORGANS that are attuned with the portions as are digressed in their functioning from the nerve energies as supplied from cerebro-spinal system.
5. With a low form of electrical vibration this may be brought to attunement, with proper rest and proper precaution - but should there come irritation, should there come any temperature, should there come the lack of the proper functioning through the system (alimentary canal), then it would be necessary for operative measures. In its present condition, not NECESSARY - though to insure REST, it might be very well to operate to MAKE the body rest! Ready for questions.
6. (Q) What form of electrical vibration?
   (A) Sinusoidal.
7. (Q) Where applied?
   (A) Where it's needed! We have indicated here as to where the conditions are! In the cerebrospinal system, see, that act with those of the digestive system, of the lower portion or the fagged ends of the nerves in the lumbar and lower dorsal, as affect the folds of the abdominal regions themselves.
8. (Q) Give formula for securing proper blood supply?
   (A) With an electrical vibration as may be set for the accumulation of the hemoglobin's reaction in system, from the low electrical vibration that would produce coagulation and congestion as forms for the abdominal walls themselves - that is, unless inflammation occurs, to be sure, see? REST, with the feet even higher than the head, would be the best thing for the body with this. For the blood supply, and for the changes as would be necessary, if we will change the elements as make for the eliminating forces in the system, so that toxic forces are not so active, we will find we will bring about a much better chance, a much better condition. WE would take the low electrical vibration as from the Radio-Active Appliance, WITH those atomic forces from iodine. As is indicated by the condition that has been given, as the body will find itself, when there are certain FORMS of sea foods taken these produce at times CLARIFIED conditions, at other times they make the condition very much worse - see? This depends upon what has been the activities of the system. Now if we change the vibrations with the electrical forces, as would be from the Radio-Active Appliance, see, there would be an equalization of the blood supply and more rest for the body. The attachments would be made principally to the right wrist and left ankle. Also take internally during this same period a small amount, not over two to three drops three times a week, of the Atomidine - or atomic iodine. Beware, during these treatments, of sea foods - unless fish; but of the shell foods beware.
9. (Q) How long should the Radio-Active Appliance be applied?
   (A) This would be from thirty to fifty minutes each day.
10. (Q) How often should the sinusoidal be applied?
    (A) This is for a different condition. We are talking about something else now in the body! The SINUSOIDAL, as we would find, for this condition in the ABDOMINAL region, would be about two to three times each week - but from the FIRST treatment, see, it will be indicated whether it would be better for a continuation of the treatment - that is, of the sinusoidal treatment, with the body resting - or to FORCE rest by operative measures.
11. (Q) Will the lesion in the abdominal tissue heal over with proper rest?
    (A) If with proper rest and proper precautions. That's why the LOW electrical forces are given, see, so that the activities of the blood supply, through low electrical forces, will produce better coagulation. See, there is a lack in the blood supply of those of the gluten that make for better or proper coagulation - see? Hence those general treatments as have been given here, with the atomic forces - that is, iodine - with low electrical vibration, will aid or add to the system also; but the ACUTE conditions - be mindful that this does not bring strain - that is, an active high pulsation or a low pulse, with a temperature - then it would be necessary for operative measures immediately, see?
12. (Q) Will the blood supply have a tendency to eliminate the cracking of the tissues in the hand?
    (A) That's one of the EVIDENCES of the condition that has been given as exists in the effluvia of the blood! The Atomidine will, in the first two to three weeks, bring some irritation - and apparently be worse! When it is, use a little olive oil and this would disappear after a few days. Then as the blood supply is CORRECTED, the vibrations in system are set in motion in their proper order to the extremities, this - we will find - will disappear. Long standing, but it will disappear a heap quicker than it has been standing!
13. (Q) Why is the rash only on the hands and not on other portions of body?
    (A) It's in other portions of the body under the skin! The irritation to the hands is from that condition, that has been described - or, if looked more closely will be found - as comes from a pressure close in the brachial center, which gives an incentive; for, as the same question will answer itself, have the pulse taken to the arms, to the ankles or to the head, in this individual condition, and it will be seen there is a variation of three beats in the various portions of the system. Pressure exists in one that DOESN'T exist in the other!
14. (Q) Why is the body subject to low pulse, low temperature and low blood pressure?
    (A) The state or condition of the nerves of the system, as has been indicated that often the body physical runs on sheer nerve energy. Where the pulsation is indicated in such conditions, as the pulsation, it is a FAGGED nerve system. Hence makes low blood pressure, low temperature, or subnormal temperature and subnormal pulsation. There is three beats difference, though, between the ankle, head and wrist.
15. (Q) Who would be the best one to apply the sinusoidal?
    (A) One that knows how! One that will go with the conditions that exist! and after this has been tried - that is, the sinusoidal, see - and there is rest for at least two or three days - this will easily show as to whether it will then be NECESSARY for the operation immediately to FORCE the rest, or will the body take it without being FORCED to!

1. His main trouble was an abdominal hernia which was quite painful and the doctor advised surgery.
