(Q) What special foods or types of foods should not be
taken?
(A) Those that the body finds disagree; as bananas, or too
much sweets, or too much green or raw apples, - while cooked
apples, if well prepared, are good for the body.
Orange juice, as long as it agrees, or citrus fruit juices
of all kinds are good. Wild game is good, fish excellent.
All of these, just so they agree with the baby.
(Q) Should the Calcios be continued?
(A) Calcios, though not too close together, should be
continued. This makes for better conditions for the body
afterward. For this is a natural drain upon the calcium.
And a better circulation of the heart's activity will be
maintained if there is sufficient quantity of calcium
through the system at all times. While it makes for
structural portions or build of the body itself, - that
is, within, - it will be better for both.
(Q) Any special advice regarding the handling of the body
during the time of delivery?
(A) These activities have been put in the hands of others,
and these ye will follow.
We are through for the present.
