(Q) What causes the palms of my hands to be hard and dry,
and at times to form little water blisters?
(A) The poor circulation, and the lack of the activities
or coordination between the glandular system and the
eliminations.
Do these things as we have indicated, and as we find there

BACKGROUND
2/07/38 Letter from [
1533]: "...The question I should like to
ask... What causes me to be tired always, even when I have
been in bed for 12 hours. What can I do for that pain in my
spine? It has always been difficult for me to sit or walk
with my back straightened up and I find lying down most
agreeable for my back. Also a dreadful heaviness comes into
my eye lids and eyes and there is a puffiness right over the
cheek bones and around the eyes that is most conspicuous.
What can I do for that? The itching around the rectum occurs
only during the night, but my sleep is disturbed dreadfully.
Do I require a diet? Shall I continue taking chiropractic
treatment? I have been taking them almost all my life. He
claims it is my liver. What form of exercise? In other
words, I should like to receive a routine which I can follow
and become healthy. I forgot to mention the fact that only
the palms of my hands are extremely hard and dry and at times
little water blisters form there. I do no housework. It
does not respond to creams or lotions..."
