Mr. [1534] is privileged to contribute to the Association, as he is able and desires to, to sponsor another Reading later for someone not in the position to pay the membership fee. [Mr. [1534]'s brother was referred to EC by his friend, Mr. [1120].]

TEXT

1. EC: Yes.
2. Now as we find, there has already been determined investigations and research by experimentations that need to be carried through.
3. As we find, there will be determined - if there is the correct determining - that the sources that disturb the physical and mental force and the activities of same arise from injections that have been given; not in the present but formerly given the body, as combined with the effects of mercury products in the system.
4. This softening the reflexes of the nerves and to the responses for the brain, as well as organic determinings.
5. But these investigations and experimentations had best be carried through.
6. And these followed to their conclusions.
7. We are through for the present.

BACKGROUND

1. 2/10/38 Brother's letter: "I promised you that whatever your suggestions are, they will be carefully used with the proper cooperation of the doctors at the hospital and Mr. [257]. As I stated in my wire the doctors are confused and cannot come to any conclusion."

REPORTS

1. 2/16/38 Phone request by [257]: Dr. in charge wants Ck. Reading, will follow out whatever is given - said 1st Reading was absolutely correct; they were making investigations at time of Reading and only came to conclusion this morning and decided THAT WAS the trouble. Sending ques. Special Delivery for Reading tomorrow morning for further advice.
2. 2/16/38 Brother's letter: "Please give a complete Physical reading in answer to the attached letter [see Par. R3, below] written by Dr. Thomas Russell of Post-Graduate Hospital. You will find the man a very fine friend, born in N.C., and is head of this hospital. He has his office in the hospital. Please wire me if the treatment is urgent and mail a copy to Mr. [257]."

   Dear Mr. Cayce:
   Will you please let us know what can be done for actinomycosis apparently involving the liver? We have found the actinomycosis fungus from curettings from a sinus that extends through the liver. We know that this usually comes from some intra-abdominal organ - in other words not primarily in the liver.
   We would like to know where the actinomycosis originated and as to what can be done for actinomycosis.
