(Q) Are osteopathic treatments being properly given?
(A) These are very well. More attention should be paid to
the same centers we have indicated for the use of the Violet
Ray (at home - not more than a minute and a half, over the
areas indicated); that is, in the sacral and lumbar, 9th
dorsal, and the brachial center, or 1st and 2nd dorsal, and
the upper portion of the cervicals.
These - the osteopathic treatments - should not be necessary
oftener than once a week, and - if given properly - there
should not be required more than ten more - if given as we
have indicated.
(Q) Suggest osteopath that would be best?
(A) Best to choose one who is in sympathy and is pleasing to
self. For, the mind has to be satisfied, as well as the
doctor's mind; but choose one that knows how!
Irvin would be very well.
(Q) Is the lymph pump helpful?
(A) Very helpful, if the osteopathic adjustments are made
according to the use of same.
(Q) How often should it be used?
(A) This depends upon who is going to do the manipulation!
(Q) Should I continue the following, and as heretofore
indicated?
(A) (Interrupting) As has been indicated, continue all of
those things as we have given should be kept - and in the
manner as has been outlined for same.
Do that.
(Q) Are my present daily eliminations proper?
(A) These are not regular, but when they are regular they
are very good.
(Q) Should I continue to use something to aid this
condition?
(A) As indicated, unless the activities make the correction
it is necessary. But if there is the proper use of the diet,
as well as the vibratory forces from the Violet Ray and the
mechanical forces from the osteopath, and the other
applications as we have indicated, we should make better
conditions in this direction.
There should be the eliminations at least once or twice each
day, especially when there is any form of disturbance in the
superficial circulation.
(Q) When necessary to take an eliminant, what would be best?
(A) As has been outlined for same!
(Q) Have I been too active - thus making the leg condition
worse?
(A) As we have indicated, the adverse reaction has been
caused RATHER more by the leaving off of part of that
outlined, and being a bit indiscreet in some of the diet.
(Q) Should I stay off my feet except for personal habits?
(A) This is preferable whenever practical, but to stay off
the feet and worry - you'd better be on your feet and do the
worrying in other directions!
(Q) Any advice as to the mental attitude?
(A) This should be the attitude, as has just been indicated.
We are through with this Reading.
