This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 26th day of December, 1938, in accordance with request made by the self - Miss [1612], Associate Member of the Ass'n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

TEXT

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions which may be submitted, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body, Miss [1612]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, there has not been the very CONSISTENT application of that as suggested. While there was the application of some of those things suggested, they were done rather in such a nature as to upset rather than assisting in correcting the disturbances.
4. We would in the present have a consistent application of the corrections indicated in the cerebrospinal system, and the general manipulations for setting up better drainages through the system.
5. And we find now it would be very well to have at least three colonic irrigations; in the beginning have these about ten days apart; that there might be the purifying of the colon; thus reducing those tendencies for pressures upon the heart's activity and causing the better influences through the whole of the system in the aiding from the stimulation of the centers as were coordinated.
6. We would cleanse the plates of the Appliance and use this consistently at least once each day. In the evening or afternoon as the body rests use the Radio-Active Appliance to equalize the circulatory forces through the system.
7. Then, be very mindful of the diet in those ways as have been indicated; keeping away from those things that tend to make for the disturbing of the metabolism of the system, or from greases that make for an increase in the necessity for the activity of the gall duct area; and we would bring better forces for the body.
8. It would be well to have at least three or four weeks of the manipulations and adjustments in CONSECUTIVE order, and then leave off for two to three weeks, and then have a second and third series of adjustments.
9. Throughout the period keep the diet and the colonics if it becomes necessary.
10. Watch the pressure to the heart's activity especially; but the manipulative forces for drainages, the colonic irrigations for the relieving of the pressure, should bring the better conditions for this body, Miss [1612].
11. Ready for questions.
12. (Q) Should the Radio-Active Appliance be used in the manner as given in the first Reading? [See 1612-2.]
    (A) Use in the manner as was first indicated. But keep the plates very clean.
    And use ALL consistently; not allowing periods to elapse without proper consideration.
    If there is the tendency for regurgitation after meals, use the Alcaroid as a digestant; teaspoonful first dissolved in a small quantity of water, then the glass filled; then another glass of water taken afterwards - this just after the meal, see?
