6/20/38 Letter from [

New York
Mr. Edgar Cayce, Virginia Beach, Va.
Dear Mr. Cayce:
In reply to yours of the 18th. I beg to advise that I
received your reading. Being less than a layman in biology
and medical science I shall be unable to give information
regarding the efficacy of the treatments and correctness of
the diagnosis until after the former will have been applied.
But after careful perusal of the diagnosis it appears to
me to be correct. I have not yet consulted Dr. Berg but
I shall in a day or two.
I am hesitating between Dr. Berg and another competent
physician who is a friend of mine. The possibility
of becoming the object of protracted treatment and the
concomitant expense makes me hesitate between Dr. Berg and my
physician. The treatment suggested seems so simple, that any
physician would do.
I am anxious to hear your opinion in the matter. In the
meantime I wish to thank you.
Sincerely
