TEXT

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them.
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1676]; this we have had before.
3. Changes are natural, in the general physical forces of the body, since last we had same here.
4. As we find, there are betterments - and the ability of the body to use itself is somewhat improved.
5. We would continue to use - at least twice each week, say Tuesday evenings and Thursday evenings, when the body is ready to retire - the body rubs with an equal combination of Peanut Oil and Olive Oil, mingling with same - to a pint of the compound - about a teaspoonful of Lanolin Oil, dissolved and mixed with it. Then shake well together. These oils should be massaged especially from the waistline to the feet, and rub into the body and along the limbs and the small of the back, and down the sciatic center.
6. On the same evenings, before the massage is given, apply the electrically driven vibrator over the whole of the spinal system; this from the base of brain on each side of the spine to the feet, and take the time to apply same - thoroughly - using the cup applicator. Take at least twenty to thirty minutes to do this; to produce a better circulation. Then apply the massage and rub afterward.
7. In the matter of the diet, - keep away from hog meat of any kind save a little crisp breakfast bacon.
8. Eat plenty of whole grain cereals, and carrots, lettuce, celery and tomatoes. Let these be at least a part of one meal each day. They may be taken raw as well as cooked.
9. Do these, and keep up the eliminations. These will bring bettered conditions for this body.
10. Ready for questions.
11. (Q) What is condition of kidneys? I have trouble controlling them.
    (A) This, of course, is a part of the disturbance from a disturbed circulation. Hence the precautions respecting the diet, especially as to hog meats, see?
12. (Q) What about the teeth?
    (A) After there has been the following of these applications here suggested for a few weeks, these had better have local attention.
Use Ipsab regularly, and we will save much of this gum and mouth trouble. Massage it on the gums at least three times each week.
13. We are through with this reading.
