TEXT

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1688]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, there are disturbances that have been produced from external influences; and these are causing some anxiety.
4. For, the strain from the muscular forces in neck, shoulders and head, and especially the pressure produced on top of the head, gives some disturbance.
5. We would have some adjustments, osteopathically, and a great deal of the massage with the oils, - especially in neck, back and through the lower portion of the head itself.
6. Then we would keep rather close to those suggestions that have been made.
7. These disturbances are causing the conditions that are reflected in pains in neck and head, upsetting the stomach at times, producing blurring in the eyes, and at times almost nervous chills that come over the body.
8. We would have these osteopathic corrections done at once.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) Does this also cause the awful feeling in my throat, as tho I can't swallow?
    (A) As indicated.
11. (Q) Am I giving myself the peanut oil massages correctly, or am I rubbing the neck, spine and stomach wrong, causing these feelings?
    (A) It is best that these be done by someone else, rather than the body attempting to do it by self - in the main.
12. (Q) Give corrective measures for dandruff.
    (A) Wash the scalp with any good soap, and then use Listerine as a purifier for scalp. Use this about once in six weeks.
13. (Q) The toe next to the little toe on the left foot seems to be losing its feeling. It this temporary?
    (A) It will be temporary if there is the correction made in the lumbar area - but it will be more effective, or give more trouble, unless this is done.
14. (Q) Is peanut oil taken internally good for my body?
    (A) Not good if taken by itself. If this is taken in combination with Olive Oil, or alternated, it would be very well.
15. (Q) What is causing the breaking out on my feet and cure for same?
    (A) The poor circulation, from that causing the condition in the toe. Make the corrections as indicated, and use D.D.D. Prescription for the rash - it should disappear.
16. (Q) Are vegetables such as turnip greens, kale, etc., good for me now?
    (A) Good if these are well cooked, but not in a lot of grease. These should be cooked in their own juice and the juice taken as well as the vegetable. For, the effective or more healthful portions of kale or turnips is in the water that comes from same by cooking.
17. (Q) Please give me an affirmation.
    (A) We would keep close to these thoughts, but put in thine own words:
"LORD, HELP THOU ME TO FULFIL THE MISSION THOU HAST FOR ME IN THE EARTH AT THIS TIME. LET MY THOUGHTS, MY ACTIVITIES, MY PURPOSES, BE WHOLLY IN KEEPING WITH THAT THOU WOULD HAVE ME DO."
18. We are through for the present.

Two copies to Self (one for Dr. Hudgins)
    Copy to Ass'n file
