Take the yellow squash, okra, tomatoes, lettuce and celery
especially. A small quantity of celery should be eaten
each day; this, of course, raw, - not in soups, not with the
combination of cheeses or the like on same. Do take those
things.
For the eyes take the head and neck exercise.
Beware of being too much in the night air.
Do take of evenings, when ready to retire, the yolk of an
egg, with just sufficient spirits frumenti to cook the yolk,
and then add another teaspoonful, a little sugar (very
little), and fill the rest of the tumbler with milk.
Take this of evenings when ready to retire.
Use enemas occasionally to cleanse the colon. This once a
month, or once in six weeks thoroughly done, will keep better
conditions for this body. But begin this, or have the first
colonic as soon as possible after there is begun the taking
of the properties indicated.
Ready for questions.
(Q) What is the trouble with my kidneys?
(A) Lack of coordination in the circulation, and thus the
forms of diet that will aid, as well as the necessity of
aiding that circulation in the kidneys, liver, heart and
lungs.
(Q) Should I remain working where I am?
(A) If possible, obtain work that would be more in the
open, but never in dust. Get away as much as possible
from ink and the dust of paper.
(Q) Any other advice?
(A) Be not only good, but be good for something.
We are through for the present.
