TEXT

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures, answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: It's a bad environ ["Still the newspaper office"] for this body!
3. We have the body here - this we have had before. Conditions are not so good in the present. The odors of things and the dyes, the gums that are used in the environs are not good for the conditions with this body.
4. As we find, there are greater disturbances in the lungs, and there is the lack of a balance in the gastric juices of the stomach. The changes have wrought the lack of ability for assimilation of the foods taken, and consequently we have the effect of these disturbances through the whole circulation as related not only to nerve forces but to blood supply. Hence in the arms and the lower limbs there are poisons being carried that produce pressures from not being eliminated.
5. First there should be a change in the environ. Get out in the open - even if you have to hoe potatoes! though it will be a long time before they are ready. But this would be better for the body than sitting in this environ, and you can make just as much, even though people oughtn't to eat as many as they do.
6. There should be added to the body the necessary forces as in Acigest at least four times each week, in a full glass of raw milk.
7. There should be all characters of foods that are body-building. Sea foods at least twice a week, liver at least twice a week if practical or possible. Beef juices should be taken but in very small quantities at a time, once or twice a day.
8. Do these sorts of things, and don't be too anxious - and we will have better conditions for this body.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) What can be done about inflamed nerve in right eye?
    (A) Get rid of the conditions in the system that produce same. Use over it a poultice of scraped potato. Don't wait for those you are going to hoe but use those that are old or that have been grown for some time.
11. (Q) Should I continue taking "Vitamins Plus" and "Calcios"?
    (A) We haven't given these in this, for these need to be changed. The abilities of the body for assimilation need to be changed. Then conditions have been cleared somewhat, this may be taken - when the body has been in the open more. Not in the night air, but in sunshine, walking, working and being active outside. If you don't, it'll be just too bad!
12. (Q) What is cause of constant soreness in right arm (shoulder and upper arm mostly)? Also right leg?
    (A) As just indicated, pressures from lack of poisons being eliminated. Do as indicated, if we would bring better conditions for the body.
13. (Q) It is impossible to get raw milk in the city. Is there anything else Acigest can be taken in?
    (A) If you make application to Britcherds's [Birtcherd's Dairy], they'll have delivered to you two bottles every day!
14. (Q) Is it advisable to place my application with the Texas Company for a job, or should I remain where I am now employed?
    (A) If you'll be outside, it'll be advisable.
