(Q) Inasmuch as I cannot always get some of the vegetables
prescribed in my previous reading, such as onions and beets,
what would you suggest that I take in order to get these
required vitamins?
(A) Keep up the green vegetables, the various ones, and when
practical add to them. Not all of these at once, but all
that may be obtained - and we will find that we will keep
better conditions.
(Q) Would you suggest KalDak for this body?
(A) We haven't as yet. There may come the time when you
will need it. You don't need it yet. If you wish to have
supplementary vitamins, take the One-A-Day B complex tablets.
These are the ones that will be good for you.
(Q) Is there anything further that you could suggest to
strengthen this body and help build up the blood?
(A) As we have just indicated, add the B complex - One-A-Day
brand.
(Q) Should I continue to leave off the red meats? If so,
for how long a period?
(A) You may begin to add red meats, if you don't add too
much of them. Eat more liver.
(Q) Should I continue with the watermelon seed tea?
(A) Occasionally. Continue with all of the things indicated
except the Atomidine - leave this off, and gradually get
farther apart with the other things.
(Q) Would a prolonged rest be of special benefit to this
body?
(A) It would be good for the body provided you don't overdo
it by going too much at night and in other ways.
(Q) Will I ever completely get rid of the pain which returns
around the heart and now at times encircles the left shoulder
blade?
(A) If you do as we have given.
Also keep constructive in the mental attitude of the body.
Think constructively! Don't find fault! Don't find fault
with others! Don't be jealous! Don't be too demanding! And
you can have your own way!
We are through with this reading.
