TEXT

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had before.
3. There are a great many changes in the physical forces of the body since last we had same here. Some are for improvements. Some, as we find, arise from indiscretions at times on the part of the body as to diet, as to the taking of properties in drinks or the like, that - with the general condition - upset.
4. Then, there are indications that there should be a closer adherence to the diets.
5. DO NOT take ANY drinks with carbonated waters, nor with the products of hops or the like. These are harmful, as they - through their activities upon the system - tend to change this effluvium that has caused the disturbance in the circulation.
6. We would have two, three to six osteopathic adjustments or corrections made; especially in the areas from the 6th dorsal to the base of the brain; coordinating, in one or two of these, the lumbar axis and 9th dorsal with same, as to aid in better coordinating of the eliminations of all natures to and from the body.
7. For the massage of the face, neck, arms and the like, we would prepare a cream in this manner:
8. To 2 ounces of Russian White Oil as the base, add - in the order named:

   Rose Water................1 ounce,
Peppermint Water..........1 ounce, (prepared by
dissolving 1/4 ounce Peppermint in 1/2 ounce Alcohol,

shaking together and then adding 1/4 ounce of
Distilled Water).

Shake together thoroughly each time before it is massaged, of an evening, on the face, neck and arms. This will aid in stimulating better circulation through these portions.
9. Ready for questions.
10. (Q) What specifically should I eliminate from my diet, other than the drinks mentioned?
    (A) Too much of starches, also sweets - except the natural sweets.
11. We are through for the present.

    Copy to Self
    Copy to Ass'n file
(See extra sheet [which was enclosed] for Dr. Hudgins; also for one who prepares the lotion.)
