GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1711]; this we have had before.
In the present we find there are those disturbances that arise from the nervous tensions under which the body has been and is activating.
These, to be sure, arise from some physical or glandular conditions due to the own body-forces, and there are reflex conditions coming from the combination of these.
We would in the present take small quantities of Atomidine to purify the glandular forces. Take only one drop in half a glass of water before the morning meal, for three days out of each week, - as Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Do this for at least five periods, - that is, five weeks, - and then leave it off for a month, and then take again.
Also we would use the Radio-Active Appliance, only for this body do not ever attach the same plate to the ankle that has been attached to the wrist. But attach first to the right wrist and then to the left ankle. The next day attach first to the left wrist and then to the right ankle, and so on. Keep the plates very clean or polish before and after using. Attach for thirty minutes to an hour each day. This should aid the body in keeping a better equilibrium as to nerve forces, and as to the ability for rest. Use that period for the meditation and prayer. For, as it unifies the activities and nerve energies of the body, by the normal flow, it also unifies the mental and spiritual purposes within self.
In the diet, - keep rather close to those suggestions we have indicated as to diet.
As to the activities, - keep close to those that are not overstraining, not overactive. But it would be as much of a harmful force to this body to have to sit and hold its hands as for it to overdo itself!
But keep in that way of being of a helpful force, a helpful experience in the associations it meets day by day.
And there should be kept a better even balance for this body.

(Q) What am I to do to regain my memory?
(A) As has just been indicated. As we make for better activities through the glandular forces of the body, better coordinating of the activities of the mental and spiritual body, then we bring the better associations of memory as it affects or activates through the impulses of the mind and body.
(Q) What causes the feeling in my throat, and what will bring it to normal?
(A) As indicated, the experiences the body has had - and the properties suggested are to purify the glandular forces throughout the body. And the vibrations that are a part of the body's experience, unifying the extremities, should alleviate these disturbances.
(Q) Any suggestions concerning diet to regain my strength?
(A) As indicated, there has been outlined a very good diet for this body, and these adhered to, with a better activity of the assimilating forces of the body, and the ability of the body to rest better and maintain a better equilibrium, should bring better strength and resistance in the physical body.
(Q) What causes and what should be done for indigestion?
(A) We have outlined these things as we find here. This is a lack of the proper coordination of the digestive forces as related to the taxation in the nervous system. The purifying of the glandular forces, the equalizing of the nerve energies, should bring better conditions for the body.
(Q) Any particular treatment advised to prevent blisters forming on hands and feet?
(A) Yes, - particularly the treatments just outlined for the body. For, with the purifying of body-energies, - that is, through glandular forces, - with the unifying of nerve forces, these should eliminate the sources of the thinning of the walls of the circulation, so as to prevent these activities in the lymph from producing those accumulations in the extremities.
(Q) Is it advisable to change living quarters? If so, where?
(A) This, to be sure, depends upon many varied circumstances that would have to do with the unifying of the purposes of self with the companion, and the desires and hopes and abilities to make for varied activities. It would be something of a job to move, but to change environs would be very good!
As to where, - these should be choices of self and companion.
(Q) Any spiritual advice?
(A) The body knows within self that as measures up to its ideal, in self as well as in others. The activities should ever be as this, - in thy seeking and in thy prayers, in thy meditation, in thy asking for guidance and direction:
"LORD, SPEAK THOU TO ME IN WORD; BUT LET MY SPEECH BE RATHER IN DEEDS FOR OTHERS."
