In the application of will in the present experience: These
environs as influence the entity have been such as to mold
the mental body much in the manner of the presentation of
influences in the entity's experience. Hence we find the
entity choosing those environs in the application of self's
INNATE experience, and the developments have been - and will
be - much in line with that as has been set before the
entity; for the entity has been well grounded in those
principles of the appreciation of the influence of the
spiritual life above the mental life, above the social
environs. THESE are the basis, and the basic forces through
which each and every entity SHOULD be trained, and not too
much may be said for the ABILITIES of those who have trained,
influenced, and surrounded the entity with those principles,
those conditions, as has brought for the awakening of those
influences in the entity as make for, first, an IDEAL. Not
merely an IDEALIST is the entity, but in EVERY phase of
experience does the entity measure the actions, the
activities, the influences and the actions - whether from the
mere sense of duty, whether in the spiritual sense or the
mental sense, or of the social sense - that the ENNOBLING
influence MUST be gauged by an IDEAL. Hence the entity finds
in self the seeking of the ideal surroundings, weighing same
- measuring this - by the standard as is set before self, as
whether it be the sunset, a voyage, a visit, an individual, a
picture, or what not. These, to the entity, to be REAL, must
MEASURE to a standard. DO NOT LOSE THAT IDEAL! Do not
become idealistic, or one that may not vision the various
phases of individual development, both through that of
environmental or of hereditary influence - for these are a
portion of every individual's lot, and is an INDIVIDUAL
development - but each individual MUST have an IDEAL; NOT
merely ideas; for IDEAS may be all wrong; IDEALS are worth
working for.
One, then, that, in the Jupiterian influence, has the VISION
of life in MANY of its phases.
In Neptune there comes those influences as will be in travel
in wide expanses of space, many peoples, many positions of
that character that requires the application of all that HAS
been or MAY BE given in the DEVELOPMENT of the mental
abilities of the entity.
In Venus comes the ideal love, the ideal home, the ideal
experience of home.
In Mercury, those influences in the entity of that as is of
the mental INTUITIVE forces, and the entity itself may gain
much through the dependence of self's own mental forces,
aided by that training in the application of the IDEAL
forces, to be able to meet the situations in life as they
PRESENT themselves from time to time; even as the
developments of the entity through the earth's experience,
the entity able to meet those conditions as presented
themselves, and THROUGH same HAS builded about self that
which will not falter; for He in whom the trust of the entity
is placed is able to keep that committed unto Him against
that day when the reckoning of those conditions that would
bewilder or give fear. Let not the fear of what others may
say enter into ANY activity of self, for in the ABILITIES of
self, will the IDEAL be held, may be found the answer to any
question that may present itself. Each have their life to
live. Each make the personal application of that as is
builded in the inner consciousness of self. Only by the USE
of the talents given may one grow strong in grace, or in
power, or in the application of that felt in self.
In experiences, then, we find:
In the one before this in that land now called Vineland, or
Connecticut. The entity then among those who came to that
land as settlers; becoming the one who gave most in the
understanding of the MUSIC of that period, and the companion
of the MUSICIANS of that period. In the name Alti. In this
experience the entity developed much, in being able to meet
the emergencies and the varying conditions; suffering in
PHYSICAL, yet in the mental and SPIRITUAL body GROWING much.
These lands, these countries about same, have a peculiar
influence upon the entity, and especially weird music, or
that of the conditions out of the ordinary as respecting
same. The associations of the entity WITH that musician in
that period will always be WELL, and the DEVELOPMENT in the
present should be with that one; for waters, across waters,
in courts, in lands where conditions are changed, will the
entity go - and the abilities to give the ease and
understanding will not fail the entity, will the IDEAL be
kept.
In the one before this we find in that land now known as the
Grecian, during that period when much discussion was made
respecting the tenets of the soldier teacher who suffered in
that period. Then, during the days of Socrates. The entity
then in the household of one taught by Socrates, and became a
STUDENT of the one, and the entity then in the name Astraiod,
and there may be found yet, of the songs and the sonnets as
were written by the entity during that period, and those of
such lines and of such expressions are still interesting,
innately, to the entity. While the figure, the form as
worshipped by many, with those of the worshipfulness of the
mental abilities of the people during that period, are held
ALOOF by the entity. Hence, especially the Grecian play, or
the Grecian costume, or anything pertaining TO that period,
has especial interest for the entity.
In the one before this we find in that land known as the
Egyptian. The entity then among those that were of the
TEMPLE service, when the divisions came through the
banishment of the priest. The entity remained in the temple
throughout the whole of the discussion period, rising in
POWER and in ABILITY during the succeeding of the building of
the application of man's relationship to the creative forces
as were manifest in the latter portion of the entity's
experience. In the name Ibra, and the entity associated with
those who brought to the peoples those of the understanding
of the relationships of those that came as aliens and those
of the home land; the entity being the SECOND of the native
maidens raised to the temple service. In the present, the
spiritual insight, influences, have their sway with the
entity, and the ability to be - what would slangly be called
- tolerant to all religion, is innate in the entity; giving
and taking; yet the MYSTERY, or the form of ANY sacred
service, becomes awe inspiring to the entity; for the entity
was close to the incense burner during that period.
In the one before this we find in that land known as Poseida,
or Atlantean. The entity then of those peoples that gained
in power THROUGH the application of the mental forces. Hence
the entity in the present finds self not wholly at ease in
the presence of those who claim much and in application show
so little; for the entity hateth and despiseth a lie; and
honor and truth and SINCERITY, is the INNATE FEELINGS of the
entity; yet those of that experience, as Amilaee, the entity
feels little of awe at the application of mechanical
conditions, or mechanical influences means little, as does
mathematical problems mean little to the entity; as peoples
and things, TIMES and places, these mean much more.
In the abilities of the entity, and that to which the entity
may attain in the present, and how:
Home influences, with those of the broadening of the travel,
and the companion of one that must meet peoples, in places -
as those that would exchange ideas that rule nations and
powers, the entity WILL succeed; KEEPING that ideal - for in
Him that giveth light, trust is placed by the entity. Keep
to that faith as lies within, for none can take away THAT as
is felt from WITHIN. While position, power, fame and
fortune, may take wings, but that of self - well grounded in
the faith of the Giver of all good and perfect gifts - makes
one NOT afraid, even though all stand against thee; for "He
that is on the Lord's side need NOT be afraid". Ready for
questions.
(Q) Is it worth my preparing for college?
(A) By all means!
(Q) Which college do you advise?
(A) Any that, and particularly those that, train for the
associations of self in MANY climes - for the entity must be,
will be, an emissary - will it keep the faith. Not a
MISSIONARY; an emissary!
(Q) Would you advise me going to a different preparatory
school?
(A) No.
(Q) Is the entity too active socially at her age?
(A) No; for the entity is well balanced in this respect.
Just keep that IDEAL. The entity is out of the ordinary,
ESPECIALLY in this respect, that those associates in social
affairs and social relations MUST measure to an IDEAL, or the
entity CANNOT ASSOCIATE with such. DO NOT LOWER THE
STANDARD!
(Q) Are the present intimate girl friends the right
influence?
(A) Some are, some are not. Be governed by that one and
those who have trained, who have counselled well with the
entity as respecting these. Then weigh same in the balance
of the ideal held by self, and make decision for self - for
out of LITTLE things do GREAT conditions and associations and
relations grow. Harbor not that in any manner that would
eventually bring to self even discontent, and - most of all -
the discouragement of self's abilities. Do not lose faith in
self, but not pampered - but tutored in that way as is known
in self is towards the IDEAL as was set by Him, in that -
"Though He were the Father, yet in the Son came that
relationship with man and woman that exalted, honored,
GLORIFIED, WOMANHOOD!
(Q) What are the entity's weakest faults in character and
what can she do to overcome them?
(A) These may have been easily seen in that warning, and in
those conditions as has been given. The entity is EASILY
influenced by others. DO NOT lower the STANDARD of self's
own IDEAL. This the weakness; this that which the entity
must apply WILL. Developments have been the entity's lot in
most of the experiences. Then, do not LOWER self's own
discernment, or self's own interests.
(Q) At what age will the entity be married, and will her
marriage be successful?
(A) This may be best determined by the entity itself. As we
would find, it would be near twenty-two or three; and, will
those associations be with that one as the entity aided in
Vineland, these will be successful.
(Q) How may the entity know that one in the present?
(A) For the interests in music, especially in the weird
music of the outdoors. We are through for the present.
