GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions which have been submitted, as I ask them.
EC: Yes.
We do not find any material change in the body since last we had same here.
The weakness, the inability for the coordination of locomotion and all, continues.
As we find, we would add - as indicated - the strengthening influences as may be had from the Beef Juices, given AS INDICATED.
Also we would apply the lights, in the MANNER as we have indicated.
These, as we find, indicate the better influences for this body in the present.
That we would do.

(Q) What causes difficulty with eyesight and what can be done to help this condition?
(A) This is the effect of general debilitation, and the lack of coordination of impulse between the sympathetic and cerebrospinal as related to the sensory activity.
And these conditions were taken into consideration when there was suggested the effect of the Ultra-Violet AND the Infra-Red. For the one works upon the nerve circulation, as carrying the lights and the influence of same to the superficial activities, and to deeper tissue also; while the Infra-Red would penetrate deeper to even the structural portions, - aiding through the areas from which the impulses are received through structural activities and nerve reflexes to the sensory forces.
Then with the replenishing and the supplying of energies as would stimulate the supply to the system from assimilated Beef Juices, greater strength may be gained.
We would do that, then.
(Q) What causes difficulty with speech?
(A) This is the same, - the incoordination in the sensory forces, and is from general weakness. The strength must be supplied by assimilated forces, yet the applications of vibratory influence are necessary to produce activity with functioning organs and nerve impulses also.
(Q) Why is body irascible and excited?
(A) The incoordination between impulses, as we have indicated; and the cerebrospinal, - and the inability to keep this coordination. Hence the general strength that needs to be builded in the body.
(Q) What is direct cause of weakness in hands and why is body unable to hold anything in his hands?
(A) This may be termed by SOME as the sclerosis [?] - or the depletion of the nerve impulses in their coordination as to cause the inability of the muscular forces to respond to the impulse from nerve flexus, or nerve plexus. But with the incoordination, there is the inability to grasp as it were, or the inability also for the conveying of the knowledge that it IS to act in that capacity. For losing the control of the impulses of the nerve system causes this irrational activity of nerve flexus.
(Q) What causes impediment in speech and why is same at times unintelligible?
(A) STILL, as indicated, the sensory centers and forces. Hence the application of the Ultra-Violet and NOT in the form of the Carbon light but the Mercury Quartz Light, that is more penetrating; and the Infra-Red, which is still more active upon the structural or bony portions of the system. The Ultra-Violet should be applied, then, front and back; and the Infra-Red from the rear - or across the area between the shoulders or over the vagus nerve centers.
(Q) What brought about this condition in this body?
(A) Well, this would be rather to give the history. A great deal of overtaxation, a great deal of nonconformity to the rules and regulations of activity as consistent with the better influences for the body; as WELL as the extent of mercury active in the system.
