5/17/39 HLC's letter to [
1765]:
Dear Mrs. [
1765]:
Thank you for your telephone message this morning giving us
the information for the reading [See 1887-1]. We have given
tomorrow morning to another member, but expect to receive
from you the information for the readings scheduled for
Thursday afternoon and Friday morning and afternoon. You
have two more appointments listed for Monday, May 22nd,
morning and afternoon.
You have probably already received the complete Congress
Bulletin announcing the program and the location of the
meetings.
The Warner Hotel where we will hold the Congress this year is
one of the new ocean front hotels. The Owners have had
readings and are interested in the work. A special rate of
five dollars per day per person with two in a room with bath
and three meals has been made for the members of the
Association and their friends coming for the Congress. This
will apply both before and after the actual Congress dates.
I believe you would find this hotel very comfortable. As
soon as your plans are definite let me know and I will be
glad to make reservations and select a good room for you.
I believe we are going to have an interesting and very
helpful series of meetings.
With kindest regards,
Sincerely, [signed] Hugh Lynn Cayce
Mrs. [
