(Q) What is the condition of the spine, and what further
advice as to manipulations?
(A) As indicated, there needs to be a stimulation to the
eliminating forces, - especially in the upper dorsal and
cervical areas.
The centers, or activities in portions are rather sensitive;
owing to the lack of the supply of lymph and the flow in the
nerve system. These, though, should be moved gently, with as
much muscular force used as possible, rather than the moving
of segments themselves.
(Q) Any further advice?
(A) These do, - and keep that mental attitude as has been
indicated; not so much the thought of self as the helpful
force it may be to others in their activity.
