This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 322 Grafton Avenue, Dayton, Ohio, this 28th day of August, 1925, in accordance with request made by self - Mr. [195].

1. GC: You will have before you the appliance as has been and may be built by [195], ..., Ohio. You will please outline the various forms in which this appliance may be prepared and what the various forms would be applied to the human body for, and you will answer the questions that I will ask you regarding this.
2. EC: Yes, we have those endeavers to ward such an appliance as is and may be builded by [195], ..., Ohio, see? Now, there are many various forms, as has been given. The outline of same would be in keeping with that as has been given. Prepare carbon steel with non-conductor between same, fastened with tape, or non-conducting tape. This encased in a jacket surrounded with charcoal, to prevent induction or cross current and clarifying the vibration as set in motion by same, see? The appliance that carries vibration of the various forms from medicinal properties into the body would be made separate, yet be able to attach same to any of the vibrations or appliances as made, see? These would be for various forms of conditions and had best be outlined by specific conditions for the ails of human family, in as to how same would be applied. That is, for anemia certain appliances, see? for any condition regarding the vibratory forces of the enlarged glands, either ductless or of duct glands, see? any condition as regarding the various forms of the vibration of the kinds of streptococci or other forms of motion as is set in body. Each should have their various application separate, see? Ready for questions.
3. (Q) Is this appliance a patentable article?
   (A) The application of the vibratory rate of medicinal properties patentable, see? Hence the plain may be used with, but the appliance as is patentable would always be combined with same, see? This may be made through the regular channels, for properties as appertain to the vibratory forces of the body.
4. (Q) What would be the correct name for this appliance to be called?
   (A) Radio-Active Appliance.
5. (Q) Is [195] the correct one to prepare these Appliances, or have charge of same? If so, why?
   (A) As has been given, in any of the various forms of application of these forces as are received through such phenomena and builded from same, those who are directly interested in the good that may be given the human family, as well as good for self, through financial gain, should have charge of such work. In this we would see how and why it would be well and feasible and plausible for [195] to have charge of such work and the distribution of such applicators, for these, through his efforts, would be in keeping with that necessary to bring about the correct distribution and assistance to those who may need, and all do need in some form.
6. (Q) What would be the plausible and feasible way for Mr. [195] to go about to prepare these appliances for distribution to the public? Then you will give us any other information regarding this that would be well for Mr. [195] to have at this time, to make a success of this.
   (A) The vibratory forces may be builded in the manner as has been given, and kept SOLELY by [195] as to the qualities and activity as is exercised in this, builded in a manner in which they would be, as it were, in safe keeping. Through the channels that the Forces as directed the first building may the first be distributed, through those who may become interested or that are in need of such forces should be supplied, at the nominal fee, with the reports from same, which with production increased might be used as the beginning of distribution of such throughout and these would build, as we see, into a business, as it were, in itself.
   This should always be kept, then, in touch; that is, through how same may be applied to the various bodies, see, of the Forces that directed same. The information necessary from time to time would be supplied, then, through that Force.

1. 9/06/25 He wrote: "Rdg. 1800-7 is very interesting, and after I have gone over it thoroughly and digested it I will make out some questions as to patents, etc. I will give you a list so that I can go ahead with patent application and get things under way. You will note that in the last rdg. [1800-7] mention is made of various forms of streptococci and the vibratory force for each separate form. We will find when we get into this that there will be hundreds of kinds of forces to apply on the negative pole, and it will not only be very interesting but will be of great benefit."
2. 9/24/25 Mr. [195] obtained 1800-8, giving further information on the Radio-Active Appliance.
