TEXT

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, giving the cause of same, with suggestions for corrective measures, help and relief. You will answer the questions that may be submitted, as I ask them.
2. EC: Yes.
3. Here as we find with this body, there is not a normal or proper development. There is the lack of the elements to perform the proper functionings of the glandular forces of the body.
4. Here we would find that the TAKING of the thyroid with the food or milk would be most beneficial; as well as a massage of the spinal column - and especially around the head and neck, but always toward the body - with equal portions of Cod Liver Oil and Peanut Oil. This will give a better elasticity. This will aid in making for such absorptions as to gradually aid in bringing better conditions.
5. It would be well if this is massaged too, of course, across the abdomen and especially across the diaphragm area.
6. These we find the better conditions for this body.
7. Ready for questions.
8. (Q) What dosage of thyroid, or should it be given by a physician?
   (A) This will necessarily be under the direction of a physician.
9. (Q) Is he a normal child mentally?
   (A) He will NOT be unless there is a better development of the coordination between the cerebrospinal and the sympathe- tic system. Hence the necessity of the rubs, especially for the head and neck and spinal column.
10. (Q) Is he getting right milk formula?
    (A) This is fairly well. So long as this agrees, we will find this will be very good.
11. (Q) Is his diet alright? If not, what do you recommend?
    (A) This is as we find in the present very well, so long as it agrees; and it should agree better with these massages and rubs.
12. (Q) Why does he take cold so easily?
    (A) The lack of the vitamin forces of the body. Hence especially the Cod Liver Oil rub, as indicated.
13. (Q) Does he need to take Cod Liver Oil internally?
    (A) This would be very well, but at the PRESENT the absorption of it through the rubs will be more efficacious for the system. A little bit later the taking of it internally would be better.
14. (Q) Why does his face break out?
    (A) The poisons attempting to be eliminated.
15. (Q) What can be done to prevent colds?
    (A) As just indicated.
16. (Q) Why doesn't he sit up good? He seems to be weak in his back.
    (A) He IS weak in his back! This prevents the proper development, as has been indicated, of the coordination of the cerebrospinal and sympathetic system, and especially the lacking of the stamina in the bodily forces.
Do these as we find for the body in the present.
17. We are through for the present.

BACKGROUND

1. Previous readings were secured by his father, Mr. [1693], and for his older afflicted sister, [1594]. Another sister, the oldest of the three children, was normal.

REPORTS

1. GD's note: 10/11/48 Death came to the 11 year old boy in a Lynchburg, Virginia hospital. In studying this case I find that the parents had the same name - that apparently they were closely related, or their families were, before marriage.
