7/01/43 [
1825]'s letter to EC:
Dear Mr. Cayce -
I am enclosing check for 20.00 - covering charge for my
reading - rescheduled on Oct 9th.
If however there should be a change, I will appreciate you
giving me any earlier date that might turn up.
You could send me a telegram if not time for a letter. At my
expense. Just saying (Reading so-so)
Now to the reading -
[...], 1884 - Avesta - Sweden - (Oct 27th)
Please give me a fuller explanation of my experiences
in Egypt, as a princess of the Kings household - and my
association with Joseph. The knowledge gained of the Truth
& accomplishments. This is of great interest. But the
questions I am sending are of greater importance.
As in my last reading you stated that gold was to be found in
my land in California - (without a doubt) - and I have since
had a slight evidence of it.
No. 1/. Does my land at Loma Rica hold the promise of gold,
copper and other minerals?
2/. Please state location of same.
3/. What are the first steps I must take in producing it.
4th and what contacts are necessary?
5th Who shall I turn to for financial support in the project?
6 - or what methods I am to use and follow?
7th Please state locations for a good mill on the land?
8th How and where - have I been associated with George [...]
in the past?
As these questions are THE important thing right now, and you
think they require the full time - we can put the Egyptian
experiences off till another time and give the questions
all attention.
I will appreciate hearing from you as to what you advise,
and I know you will understand when I say - that I seem to be
starting on a new pattern and the financial plays a big part,
but I also want to be a help to those in need, and which give
me the greatest joy.
In hope of hearing from you soon regarding this I am with
best wishes to you and your family -
Sincerely yours [

7/06/43 EC's letter to [
1825]:
Dear Mrs. [
1825]
Have yours of the 1st. Thank you for same, hate to put you
off so long, but could you but see the number of requests
as come each day. Have you read the book - There Is a River
- that to be sure is what has caused the greater number of
requests just now, but so far the 9th of Oct is the only time
before then we have a full period, but should some one else
cancel their period before that time will be glad to let
you know if we have the time. Doubt very much if you could
get the personal questions on the Egyptian period with the
others, am afraid would make each too short and not enough
of detail to either of them, but will try it if you like.
But would not advise it, but do hope we may be the means of a
real service at this time.
Sincerely Edgar Cayce

1825]'s letter to EC:
Dear Mr. Cayce -
Thank you for letter of July 6th in which you advised me not
to combine the Egyptian period with the questions, and in as
much as the information through the questions is the most
important thing at the moment, I will ask you to handle
it that way.
If the questions are not stated clearly and to the point, or
if there is anything I can change regarding them please let
me know - as I want to help you to arrive at best possible
result.
So much is at stake and I know you are anxious to help me
too.
In hopes of hearing from you - I am
Sincerely yours

Mrs. [

..., Calif.
Dear Mrs. [
1825]
Thank you for yours of the twenty-sixth. I believe it will
be better to confine the questions to the most important
things at this time. These, I think are in very good order
and with the little change that Miss Gladys would be able to
make they should be all right. Should others occur to you
before the time of the reading, let us have them by special
delivery or air-mail and you know we will be glad to include
them.
Thanking you, I am
Sincerely, Edgar Cayce

1825]'s letter to EC:
Dear Mr. Cayce -
Thank you for your prompt answer regarding my reading on the
9th.
The time will soon be here.
I am glad you think my questions are in good order.
You mention Miss Gladys. Will make some changes which I hope
will not change the nature of them and if possible could I
have a copy of those before.
I am, as you know so anxious for the full information of
the possibilities on my place, and as you suggested more
questions - I should like to add -
"Is it advisable to let Herbert Carroll continue digging on
the place or put it in other hands?"
Is it a good plan to build a house on the grounds?
Also, what is my next step of progress?
& How & where have I known Gladys [...] before? and George
[...]?
But the MINING QUESTIONS are the most important and I will be
glad to hear from you.
Thanking you I am
Sincerely [
1825]
9/23/43 P.S. Is it possible to include 1 more question -
and regarding the Egyptian Experience - (what was the King's
name ruling at that time? -)
10/09/43 See
1825-2.
