To the ASSOCIATION FOR RESEARCH AND ENLIGHTENMENT,
INCORPORATED:
In regard to the amount which I have deposited with you, I
would like to do the following, as I have checked:
( ) Return the money to me in full.
( ) Deduct the publications I have checked and send them to
me with the balance.
(x) Accept the amount which I have on deposit with you as a
contribution to the work of the Association, in which I wish
to keep an Associate Membership waiving claim to a reading
but desiring to further the program of the Association as it
presents to others that which has been found helpful.
I would like to make these comments; and suggestions:
Dear Miss Davis - Please use the money where it will do
the most good. I am so grateful for the help that I have
received thru my reading that I do not want the money back so
use it to help some one else. Wishing you the best of luck
for this good cause I am, Sincerely [signed] Mrs. [
