TEXT

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [1970]; this we have had before.
3. As we find, while conditions are improved, there are many disturbing conditions as yet.
4. However, these have changed somewhat in their form.
5. There is not as much disturbance in the lungs, but more in the digestive system, in the stomach.
6. There are those tendencies for formation of gas, owing to the lack of the proper combinations in the gastric juices - and lack of the necessary amounts of the acid of a certain nature (hydrochloric acid). Hence the tendencies for too quick fermentation without proper assimilation.
7. This tends to make for this continued weakness, and the feeling of an "all over" exhaustion. This also causes a poor elimination, upsetting the activity of the flow from the liver and pancreas to the gastric juices.
8. Thus there is the forming of a character of colon disturbance.
9. In the present we would change somewhat the administrations.
10. Do not continue the tonic which has been indicated, but rather the one we will give here - for the present.
11. To 2 ounces of Water put 2 tablespoonsful of Honey. Let come to a boil. Skim. Set off. And when near cool, add - in the order named; to this as the base, you see:

    Grain Alcohol...............1 ounce,
Syrup of Horehound..........1 ounce,
Glycerine..................40 drops,
Tincture of Valerian......1/4 ounce.

12. Shake the solution well before the dose is taken, and take half a teaspoonful three times a day, after the meals.
13. Also take once each day half a teaspoonful of ACIGEST stirred in a glass of raw milk.
14. In the morning, after the morning meal, take about sufficient CALCIOS to spread thinly as butter on half of a whole wheat cracker.
15. After the evening bath, have a thorough rub with Peanut Oil, especially along the spine and across the abdomen and the diaphragm area - all the body will absorb.
16. We would continue with the colonics occasionally. We would have these administered rather by one that may watch the discharges; and so long as there is the phlegm or mucous indicated in the stool these should be continued. However, if these are given properly - two weeks or three weeks apart - two should be sufficient; with the tonic and these other changes we have suggested.
17. In the diet, - keep to those things easily assimilated. Have plenty of vegetables, cooked and raw.
18. Take beef juice often; that is, a teaspoonful at least once or twice a day, but take time to sip it; not just gulp it but take at least a minute to sip the spoonful.
19. Fish, fowl and lamb are preferable as the meats; but not fried.
20. Do these for the better conditions in the present for this body.
21. Ready for questions.
22. (Q) Why do I have such a lump under my ribs after eating, and a soreness at times?
    (A) Gas, as indicated. Thus the ACIGEST and the CALCIOS to change the activities, together with the properties for the whole of the respiratory and perspiratory system.
Do these things as indicated, as we find would be the better for this body.
23. We are through with this Reading.

(ACIGEST AND CALCIOS are both manufactured and distributed by The Colloidal Health Products Corp., Atten. A. A. Nichoson, Greenvale, Long Island, N.Y. The Acigest is a form of hydro- chloric acid easily assimilated, and sells for $1 a bottle. The CALCIOS is a syrupy paste that sells for $2.50 a jar. According to the Readings it is the best way of assimilating free calcium.)
