(Q) Should the body have a change of climate? If so, when
and where?
(A) This we do not find as necessary, though much of this
depends upon a mental attitude of the body itself. For,
remember, as we have given, a portion of that causing the
restlessness, uneasiness or anxiety, comes from the
incoordination between superficial or the sensory circulation
and the cerebrospinal. Much of this is a mental reaction.
Thus the decisions are to be reached by self, as to where and
how it had best apply or use itself.
Then if the body in itself prefers to remain in its home
environment, by all means do so.
(Q) If a change of climate is desired, what place would be
suggested?
(A) This is counteracting what we have just given! If it is
desired by the body to go somewhere else, go somewhere else!
(Q) What diet?
(A) A very normal easily assimilated diet; not too much
sweets, not too much starches, but a well-balanced diet
tending toward the keeping of better eliminations.
(Q) Should there be any caution in the use of staircase?
(A) This depends upon the ability of the body to keep its
normal equilibrium. Of course, the sudden running up steps
or suddenly descending tends to make the keeping of the
equilibrium much disturbed. Use precautions, but not
necessarily refrain from using stairs.
(Q) Any exercise; if so, of what nature should it be?
(A) Walking is the best exercise for the body; but not
running, not pushing, not pulling or hauling things about.
(Q) What will give confidence to the body that she can build
up again?
(A) The removal of the fears, - which as we find can best be
done by producing the better equilibrium through the system
through the cerebrospinal adjustments and stimulations as
indicated.
(Q) Any further advice at this time?
(A) These we would do, and as we find the very nature of the
adjustments, as well as the low electrical treatments, as
well as the character of etheronics indicated, will be the
better for this body.
Do that.
We are through with this Reading.

REPORTS
1/25/41 Daughter, Mrs. [
903], reported on readings for both
parents, [
1997] and [
1963]:
"Mother says she knows osteopathy is what she needs now and
as long as she thinks that, it will help doubly. The Dr.
Miller machine is not to be found, so those treatments will
have to wait. Thanks so much for your promptness in giving
them and know they'll be better for it."
2/09/42 EC's letter to Mrs. [
2072] [under
2072-6, Reports]:
"...Had a very good demonstration of this about a year ago.
Mr. [
257]'s mother-in-law was at his home and they asked for
a reading [
1997-1] - was given, but when she received it she
said Oh this is meant for my sister I haven't any of these
symptoms even, but she left the next day for Tex. and on the
day of her arrival there, just the description as given in
reading was pronounced by the Dr. making an examination in
one of the leading hospitals there."
8/03/49 Daughter, Mrs. [
903]'s letter to HLC: "It will be
necessary for me to be in Okla. for two weeks in Oct. My
sister [
2126] and her husband will be in the East and she
doesn't want our elderly parents to be without one of us."
