This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at the office of the Association, Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 15th day of August, 1941, in accordance with request made by the mother - Mrs. [1947], active Member of the Ass'n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

TEXT

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes.
3. Here we find, as we have indicated in some times before, there is needed some better assimilation in the physical forces, or in the developing and the physical forces of the body.
4. We would be more precautious as to a better balance, or more quantity of the vitamins, especially of B, A and D.
5. We find that B and B-1 we would gain most through the reinforced cereals, bread, and fruits and vegetables that are rich in this particular vitamin - as all foods yellow in color.
6. However, A and D would be better found in One-A-Day tablets. We would give the body these tablets rather in series; give one a day for five days, leave off five days and then take again - and so on. Do this through the periods until at least the middle of November.
