This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at the office of the Association, Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 26th day of January, 1943, in accordance with request made by the self through her niece - Miss [357], Active Member of the Ass'n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

TEXT

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes.
3. Conditions are not so good in many ways.
4. As we find, the great weakness, the tendencies for the blood cells to leak or to drain, - these cause clots or blots. Those strains upon the nervous system, - as in face or eye, - are more from the lack of elements necessary in the system from diet than from needed medical applications; though a gentle massage would be most beneficial, especially in these proportions:

   Peanut Oil............2 ounces,
Olive Oil.............2 ounces,
Grain Alcohol.......1/4 ounce,

   and these shaken well before being massaged.
5. In the diets, - DO take the Vitamins B and B-1 Complex; these in the One A Day would be most helpful for this body.
6. While all of that drainage into the system by the spasmodic reactions which have existed has not been absorbed by the eliminations from the system, we find that the massages along the spine, around the neck and head, will aid in relieving this. Not too deep, not adjustments, but all of these properties the body will absorb, and the massage is for that purpose rather than for stimulating other than superficial activity to coordinate with the deeper circulation.

8. (Q) Please outline diet for me.
   (A) As indicated, do add to a general diet the B-Complex. This we would give as an outline, though to be sure this is not all to be taken, but only as an outline:
   Mornings - do have some cereals; that is, either whole wheat or a whole grain cereal, or a reinforced combination cereal, with orange juice or citrus fruit juices; cakes or eggs - and only the yolk - may be added or excluded according to the desire or the appetite.
   Do have the whole vegetables, or many vegetables, with some broth or meat broth, and a green vegetable, as a noon meal. These may be varied.
   Liver, pigs' feet, hogs' ear, liver, lights, kidneys or the like, of all the various animals, that may be desired or taken, - these varied; with fish at least three times a week; these of course varied from time to time.
   Milk - whatever will agree, preferably that that is homogenized, or the reinforced milk, see?
9. (Q) Should my glasses be changed, and by whom?
   (A) Whoever the body desires, but wait until there has been at least a week or ten days of using the massage with the properties indicated, about the head and neck and spine.
10. (Q) What is my blood count and what should it be?
    (A) This is not at variance a great deal in the present, though there have been periods when it has been quite at variance. This is more a thinning of the walls than the pressure of the blood.
11. (Q) As soon as I am able to go, should I make my home with my grandson and family in ..., N.Y.? If not, please name the place I should make my permanent home.
    (A) This may be satisfactory for a while, but we do not find it as an agreeable continuous thing. As has been indicated for the body, choose in this environ - that is, in Norfolk or area - where the body would like, and then arrange for same.
