1/14/43 Dr. Coulter's letter to [
2084]:
Dr. Geo. N. Coulter
Osteopathic Physician
18 East 41st Street
New York
LExington 2-4142
NAME [
2084]
This patient was run twice a week for the first two weeks
then once a week for three weeks. Since then I have seen her
every two weeks. Her condition is such that she is symptom
free and leading a normal life of a child her age.
The last urinalysis was markedly improved. The only abnormal
finding were. Excessive acid reaction; blight excess of
indican, a trace of albumin.
From reviewing the previous readings of this case I consider
she has done remarkably well.
Signed Geo. N. Coulter D.O.

..., Conn.
Dear Mr. Cayce:
We would like to have a check reading for [
2084]. She has
been troubled recently with some pain in her back and with
her left hand and foot getting very cold.
When we know what date the reading can be made we will get
off a list of questions to you at once.
My sincere best regards,
Cordially, [

4/14/43 Father's letter:
[
2084] will be on hand at the appointed time and we know you
will be of great help as usual. Had we not hear of you and
your work, we might well not have had [
2084] now, for her
former treatment was doing no good and the Doctors despaired
of aid. So I have very concrete reason to appreciate what
your work means!
My best wishes to you and your family.
Most sincerely, [
2841]
4/19/43 See
2084-14.
