Present: Edgar Cayce; Gertrude Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno. Miss [2123], Annie Cayce, Sarah Hesson and L. B. Cayce. Born April 16, 1897, 6 miles Southeast of Peoria, Tazewell Co., Illinois.

TEXT

1. EC: Yes, we have the entity now known as [2123], and those relations with the universe and the universal forces - as are latent and manifested in the personality and individuality of the present entity, [2123].
2. In entering astrologically, we would find many varying conditions were these viewed alone from the astrological viewpoint or aspect, yet the influences are manifested in a latent manner, yet the indwellings and the application as a record made by the entity makes many conflicting influences or urges in the experience of the entity in the present sphere of experience. In entering, we find THESE as the greater influences in this present experience:
3. Jupiter - with its broadening and varying experience.
4. Venus - with the love influence, and
5. Pisces bringing a variation in the aspects of the entity as an influence conflicting with those of the April influence, that makes for contrarywise experiences, and when the entity as a developing being in the present has allowed that of the influence that makes for madness in Mars, there has come those detrimental things that make for an UNBALANCING of the entity's outlook upon the present experience, as well as doubt and fear for that as has been or may be.
6. These, with the influences in Uranus, make for an entity with unusual personality, with an individuality as will stand OUT in many phases for development.
7. In the relationships, then, innately and manifestedly with respect of the astrological aspects, we find one with a broad vision, loving in the relationships with every INFLUENCE that may come in the experience of the entity, and with that characterization of same that the love's influence makes for that that gives the strength to DO, to DARE, to accomplish, to BUILD in the present experience.
8. In the influences in Mars makes for those hindrances as occurs in the experience when things, beings, relationships, are awry; yet the saving forces are seen in those of Venus with JUPITER in its magnificence of the coming aspects in the next two to three years; then will see the development OF the entity in a mental aspect, with an outlook upon the spiritual forces that make for the developments OF the entity, as well as influencing the present material or physical experience of the entity. These, as we find, will BEGIN by the middle or latter portion of the coming season.

In that influence in those of Uranian makes for those of the intuitive forces as the experience of the entity has been, as will be seen, in the fields of occult rather than of mystic influences; for the entity through its experiences has brought that that innately makes for the abilities to find, KNOW things without that full EXPERIENCE of things as known from the MATERIAL aspect; the spiritual and mental being as truly an experience to the entity. Hence the emotions of the entity, the tendency towards that of data of truth, of fiction, of writing, of painting AND such, brings the imaginative forces into being in such a manner as will make for, as will build for the entity, that as will become - and DOES become - in a MATERIAL world - a whole being OUTSIDE of many whom the entity will or may associate self with. These influences, then, combined with that as has been BUILDED by the entity in the present experience - and, as will be seen, influencing from other material or earth experiences - brings one that will bring much joy to many through the efforts of the entity in the mental and spiritual realms; for the prayer of the righteous saves many.
10. In the experiences and appearances, then, in the earth's plane, that influence the entity in the present:

In the one then before this we find in that land or place near the present entering in, during those periods when those frontiers were being defended by those peoples who entered into the land to possess same. The entity among those of that peoples, and closely associated with the peoples who DEFENDED the Fort Dearborn (then known) against those peoples of the lands that OVERRAN the lands, and was taken among the captives, and in the exchanges as were made during the evacuation and changes, with Bainbridge the entity sought refuge in the southern lands, losing in the crossing of many waters, and the entity gained and lost through this experience; gaining in the aids as were given to the peoples in the land, losing in the dependence as put in one proving faithless to the entity at the periods of the extremity. Hence the doubts as has innately crept into the entity's experience in its varied relationships with individuals in the varied circumstances of life, yet in the end - as the entity gained even in the application of self's abilities to those that sought to make of the entity as a chattel - did the entity bring those of an understanding. So in the present, as the entity overcomes those little indifferences, those little pangs of experiences that brings fears and doubts, so may the entity build in the present by the picturization of these in verse or in prose, or in the application of the various arts as accompany same, may there be made - even as then - a song in the hearts and lives of many. In the experience the entity reached few in years, as accounted in even THIS land, yet in the present MANY will be the days - EVEN from THAT experience.

In the one then before this we find in that land now known as the Roman land, and during those periods when there were oppressions in the land to those peoples who held to an ideal, a new relationship between man and his maker. The entity then among the peoples of the household of Palatius [?], and sat oft in those boxes that viewed the struggles of man with man, man with beast, as they fought; and in the present comes much of the struggle in the PHYSICAL as was laughed to scorn by the entity in the weakness of those that fought in and for a cause. In the name then Arriel. In this experience the entity lost and gained, and lost. Lost in that the selfishness of self gave LITTLE of the vision as was given TO the entity in the earlier portion of its experience. Coming later under the influence of the teachings of those so hated, the entity came to know MUCH of that as was given by those teachers, and innately oft does the entity hear the voices of those that rose in THEIR beseeching the peoples more than the wailings of those that suffered. Hence easily an understanding comes to the entity in the present experience of the teachings of Paul, of Peter, of Apollus, of those whom the entity was AMONG and amid. LOSING in the latter experience when persecutions came, the entity faltered, yet in the present there comes that stability that may be builded by the entity in the present experience; for in HIM is life, light and immortality; for though the body be burned and ye have not love it is nothing; though ye give all thy goods and have not love it is nothing! This has the entity heard oft in the various experiences in the past, in the present, and will this be made that of the key to that as may be given to others, in song, or in the various relationships with individuals, may again Arriel bring a joyful, an ACCEPTABLE song unto the Throne.

In the one then before this we find in that land now known as the Egyptian land, and during those periods when turmoils had arisen in the land, during the period when the king rose against the priest, the priest against that as had been given by him. The entity then among those in the temple service, the temple worship, and halted much between two opinions during that experience, for coming under the influence of the priest, yet having gained much of the insight of the influences as were being had in the MINDS of the peoples as TO the relationships with the fellow man and the relationships of the Creative Forces to the creatures in the earth, the entity became as one UNBALANCED in the thought of the day, and being - as it were, in the attempt to not side with either - was pushed ASIDE for the time. In the name El-el-lei. In the latter portion of the entity's experience the entity became the scribe to those that would send the messages TO the peoples, GAINING in the experience by the APPLICATIONS of self to a service to others. In the present there comes that innate feeling of the desire to hear the higher voice calling, and also from that experience through those periods when the entity in silence and solitude sought to have those closer communications with those powers that rule throughout the universe in no uncertain way and manner, and again may the entity - entering into the silence - come again into the Temple, wherein is peace, that peace that is given TO those who have KNOWN the way, the truth, the light; for there be no way other than the way of the cross, as was experienced by the entity then. So in this experience, as the cross has been heavy, so may the joys and the peace that comes with the understanding bring that pleasure in giving to others, that they also may know the joy of service in HIS name; in that continuity of life, in that continuity of hope, that brings that peace, may the entity come TO an understanding and give most in the present; for the abilities being many, the giving to others then the way THROUGH which there may come that as was given of old, "Being faithful over the few, I will make thee ruler over many." 14. (Q) Is writing my life's work and will it bring the material goods I want to give to my parents?
    (A) As has been indicated, with the key as has been given there may be unlocked, that that has been experienced by the entity in its various spheres of development, that which will bring peace, joy, understanding, and that that is called the medium of exchange in the material world; bringing not only peace and happiness to others, but that of peace and joy to self, THROUGH that as will be gained BY the applications in that direction. Near waters, near those who have been so little in those ways that have led the entity astray, may the entity use those same channels, those same lessons as were given of old, in bringing to self this WORLD'S goods, to self a physically fit body, to self a mind that expands into the realms OF the infinite, to self the joy of loving, of giving.

    (A) Will be united again.
