TEXT

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time with suggestions for further corrective measures, answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2157].
3. As we find, while conditions are very good in most respects there are some tendencies that need attention. Those are the effects of the environments or conditions of water, conditions of the atmospheric pressures and the effect of injections upon all of these in the body.
4. We would use here, in the same environment, the combination which is called or known as Grove's Chill Tonic. This will purify the system from the impurities which are indicated in the superficial circulation. These properties taken in a regular manner will remove these tensions and these inclinations for the disturbance through superficial circulation; for the deeper circulation is very good, but owing to the pressure there are those effects of poisons indicated in conditions in the epidermis or in the skin. These will be cleared by this.
5. Ready for questions.
6. (Q) How should this be taken; what dosage and how long?
   (A) This depends on how long the body is in those environs. These, as we find, would be taken for at least two months, almost every day, not every but at least five days out of a week. A teaspoonful once each day.
7. (Q) He is not likely to be in this environ for two months.
   (A) Take it now.
8. (Q) What should be done externally if anything, locally?
   (A) The ointments which may be applied, Carbolated Vaseline.
9. (Q) What should be done if he returns to Pacific area?
   (A) If is in the same area, the same should be very well. If it is in the northern Pacific area then these would be the better; Mix five grains of Sulphate of Quinine with one-half ounce of Cocoa Butter. Massage this into the areas, under the arms and in the groin, and these will keep the conditions much better for the body.
10. (Q) What about the diet at home?
    (A) The raw vegetables are preferable to heavy meals. Not too much of sweets, as these tend to irritate. Though ice cream or ices may be taken of the sweets.
11. (Q) How shall he meet the diet in the Pacific?
    (A) These will have to be met as circumstances come about, and these as given for corrective measures are in consideration with conditions.
12. (Q) Any vitamins needed?
    (A) This is a very well balanced diet that he has, as far as the vitamins are concerned. But the B-complex, or course, are always the better for the body in those strains.
As we find in considering all conditions of the body: This is not to be overoptimistic but know that if the body keeps its mind in the directions as have been indicated as to how this entity, this body has been in the position of the explorer [See 2157-7], with keeping in that attitude of Creative Forces, we'll find little to fear from without and less from within.
13. (Q) Any mental and spiritual advice?
    (A) Just as has been indicated, keep the Creative Forces as the guide in its activities with others and we have little to fear.
14. We are through with this reading.

BACKGROUND

1. Questions submitted prior to the reading:
   1. Please give me information as to my physical condition, especially concerning the sores on neck and face, telling me the cause and giving cure both internally and externally, both for at home and when in the Pacific where conditions and treatments are different and difficult.
   2. Also advise me how to meet conditions when I return to the Pacific area, especially that which will help me do my best under existing conditions physically, mentally and spiritually.

REPORTS

1. GD's note: He later reported that although he and his men were on many subsequent dangerous missions, they felt confident - because of the statement [2157-3, Par. 12-A] - they would survive. They did; his B-24 and all the men came through safely, without a scratch.
2. See subsequent correspondence under 2157-1 Reports.
3. 6/24/69 He died suddenly with a heart attack.
