.... New York
My dear Mr. Cayce, -
I have just received your letter and wish to say that I
shall be at the above address at the hour of my appointment
on Friday the twenty-sixth. We are in a hotel and my room
is located on the 25th floor (25B).
I have had a good deal of difficulty in walking during this
past year, which seemed to develop after a bad fall down
stairs, followed soon afterwards by a very severe case of
intestinal influenza.
I was born with double congenital dislocation of the hips and
the lower vertebrae in my back were never fully developed
and during the period in my life between the years of two and
six years I was entirely in bed, but had a marvelous cure
without surgery but with manipulation which gradually formed
artificial hip sockets.
I should like to know what would give me the greatest help at
this time. At times I suffer a good deal with nervous
indigestion, probably because I am very tired at this time.
I am married and have five children. Yours very sincerely,
P.S. In a very general way, would you be able to give me any
suggestions as to my children, and husband as to health
conditions. Later on I may write for a detailed reading of
one or two members of my family.

Gentlemen:
Would you be so kind as to inform us as to the approximate
dimensions of the accommodations in your hotel which were
known (in April, 1940) as "Apartment 25-B". We have been
given to understand that at this time this was considered to
be a rather large apartment - perhaps a suite of rooms? We
would like to have a bit more specific information if it is
possible
The purpose of this request is to attain information which
will help to complete our research on the psychic information
given through the late Edgar Cayce. Anything you may be able
to tell us about the apartment in questions will be very
helpful in our work.
We enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope for your
convenience in answering us, and we sincerely appreciate your
time and attention in this matter.
Very truly yours,
Jeanne McCullough

We are most happy to enclose a current floor plan to the "B"

This duplex apartment was recently renovated so we are also
including a plan as it looked previously, during the period
April, 1940 referred to in your letter of July 18th.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any
additional information about The Carlyle for your research.
Very sincerely
