This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at Exchange Hotel, Montgomery, Alabama, this 9th day of November, 1922.

1. EC: Yes, you have the body here. Now the abnormal conditions as we find them in this body are many. There are some that may be corrected to bring about a better coordinating force within the system and give a better equilibrium to the whole body.
2. Now, these are conditions as we find them within this body here. See [2231] we are speaking of:
3. There is very little perfect blood forces within the system; it (the blood) over enacted upon by the physical forces within the body, as to use up the developing forces needed to carry especially to the nervous and muscular forces in the system that is needed to make the physical development in a normal condition, yet of the physical force the development with the action of the lymphatic and emunctory circulation carrying on only the physical development of the individual, as an individual. The number of red blood cells are very deficient, hence, the over amount of white, or leucocyte, is apparent of purely - emunctory or lymphatic development through the nerve forces of the body.
4. There is no perfect coordination between the cerebrospinal and the sympathetic, or those that would cause the normal action of the muscular forces, - as being or those to be used save by intuitive or involuntary action of development within the system itself. The development of the brain centers to produce the action of all of the physical force - becomes enacted upon only at present the action of sensory nerve force as applied either to the physical, spiritual or soul forces of the body.
5. The functioning of the organs are only of the involuntary nature, or with the elements that have to do with those of spiritual or soul force in the development toward the physical body. See?
6. Through a long series of developing forces, a normal condition may be brought to this body. We have a physical plane on which it may be developed. We have a spiritual and a soul plane in which it may be developed here that would be the longer, but we have the more perfect one on the physical force. We would give as near as possible the same vibrations to the body as is needed to produce the life-giving cellular forces within the system; in that, would we find, this, to begin any development:
7. Where the pneumogastric nerve enters the brain at the first cervical we would have gentle manipulation, giving the incentives of the perfect development for those of the force as used through magnetic healing, or force as applied [from individual] to individual; that is, heat vibration applied to this portion of the body, and the end or seat of this nerve as we find in the solar plexus ganglion, at 8-9-10 dorsal.
8. Then we would also apply electric vibration with force as prepared in this manner and form:
9. To 2 gallons of rainwater, we would add:

   Plain Charcoal...............1 pound,
Copper Sulphate..............1 pound,
Sulphuric Acid, C.P..........1 ounce,
Zinc.........................4 drams.

   This had best be placed in a glass jar or container. This solution is to be charged from low batteries and while being charged there must be within this solution 4 ounces of iodine in a glass container, glass cork, charged with 2 1/2 volts for 30 minutes. The poles that are to be used when this would be applied to the body, one is to be of steel or iron, the other of silver. They are both wired from these, but - attached to one plate, that plate each evening to be attached at the 9th dorsal of this body, [2231] we are speaking of, for 20 minutes. See? This we will see, after some 3 to 5 charges have been made of this solution, will begin to give the proper vibration to this body, and, with the manipulation and with the forces as applied at the first cereval [cervical], produce the proper coordinating force as to give some relief to the conditions in this body, or through the spiritual and soul forces.
10. The parents of the individual may begin with the development of the soul forces within this body in their own lives, that the soul of the body may be encircled through the same soul force to give perfect coordination to this individual body.
