To give relief to this body, we would give little medicinal
properties into the system, but more of the massage to
equalize the circulation and to give the correct assimilation
of the diet taken into the system, and we would have more
strength given to the body and build resistive force by
the diet than by medicinal properties, under the present
conditions, you see. As developments show we will
necessarily have to give those properties that will produce
the correct incentive for the balance or equilibrium of the
digestive functioning of the organs and of the excretory
system throughout. That is there should be stimulation to
the excretory functioning of the kidneys that would produce
an astringent effect in its reaction and throughout the
system carrying the properties necessary to rebuild the
mucus coating of the intestines themselves. So let all
of the water that is taken into the system carry both the
properties of elm and the weak solution of yellow
saffron, for its effect will assist the kidneys and the
organs of the pelvis that produce some irritation to the
system. The massage should be over the entire system, using
packs - hot and cold, in different portions of the body as
the conditions present themselves. Do that for this body,
