TEXT

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2287].
3. As we find, in many ways and manners conditions are very good; but in the general health there are some disturbances, as well as the specific conditions that cause a great deal of trouble and anxiety to the body - regarding the pelvic disorders.
4. These, then, are the conditions as we find them with this body, [2287] we are speaking of:
5. The blood supply indicates a form of anemia, or the lack of that element int he blood force to cause the perfect or better coagulation in portions of the system where energies are used.
6. Hence the periods when there are irritations to the nerve forces by the effect of those disturbances through the pelvis; the tired, heavy, rundown feeling, and the irritability that easily arises.
7. Also we find that irritation arises from the inability for proper assimilation.
8. Through the pelvic organs we find that there has been the inclination for leucorrhea, which has caused the organs - and the position of the organs of the pelvis - to become irritated, and the muscular forces in same to be relaxed so that with long standing or walking at times there is the inclination for the organs to drop down. This produces irritation and disturbances to the system.
9. These arise partially from the general health and partially from the specific conditions.
10. Then, as we find, - these need not necessarily the operative measures for the correction.
11. First, we would begin with these:
12. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays we would take a douche with a weakened Atomidine solution. Have the water body-temperature, and use only in a Fountain Syringe. To a quart and a half of water, put a teaspoonful of Atomidine. Use this as the douche, you see.
13. On Tuesdays and Thursdays we would have osteopathic adjustments, for a period until there is at least the relaxing, - or the stimulating to general activity of all the muscular forces along the cerebrospinal system, - especially in those areas of the lumbar, through the sacral, and to the lower dorsals - or to the 9th; coordinating the upper dorsals and cervicals with same.
14. In treating this body, treat UPWARD rather than downward, as is ordinarily done in general treatments.
15. Then, as to the diet, - we would add more of the foods that carry vitamins B and B-1, with also G and M, - which would be all of those vegetables that are yellow in nature, - not only in color but in nature. Eat plenty of carrots, both raw and cooked.
16. Once each day one meal should consist principally of such as carrots, lettuce, celery and the like. When cooked carrots are used, better that they be cooked with peas and a small quantity of diced potatoes.
17. If these are all kept in the manner indicated, we should find within six weeks a great deal of help for this body, and less of those irritations; and the general health should be much improved.
18. Ready for questions.
19. We are through for the present.
