7/31/60 [
2310]'s letter to GDT:
Dear Miss Turner,
In specific reply to questions contained in your letter of
July 8th [re early America incarnation - see form letter
under
3674-1 Reports], I have never, at any time, made
any effort to verify any information given me in the
Cayce reading.
Further, it was my understanding that the present benefit to
be derived from these readings was of a psychological nature,
to be pursued by the individual concerned in the meditative
quiet of the mind. This I have done thru the ensuing years,
enlarging my understanding and capabilities - verifying the
correctness of the entire reading, but not on the "Bridey
Murphey" level of dates and places, etc.
The latter method has not impressed me as particularly
gainful in any respect.
I have always had a personal feeling about my reading,
as indeed all that one ever has been, one still is - the
desires, the capabilities, the yearnings and they can be
reached - not always easily but it is possible by various
ways. Any information relative to the transient physical
being of past incarnations is of little value except to the
curiosity, however, the eternal part of the entity is in
present time always. But I have digressed - forgive me. The
answer to your question is "no", I regret I cannot help you.
Sincerely, [
2310]
#[
2310] - If you must - I have never felt like a Case Number.
