TEXT

1. GC: You will give the relation of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and exhibited in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, and that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called [2319].
3. In giving the interpretations of the records as we find them here, much of this information would be most beneficial to all who disregard counsel (and advice) as to their mental and spiritual relationships to their fellow men through material sojourns.
4. All might take a lesson, or learn something of the mercies of the Father to those who in their ignorance disregard others yet seek a way ever - as each soul does - to know their relationships one to another, and to creative or God-forces.
5. Here we find a physical expression of wantonness and selfishness manifested, in the lack of the mental, spiritual and physical expression in the present, - save through constant care upon the part of others.
6. WELL might many questions come to the mother, the parents, as to why and how this must be a part of their experience in this material sojourn.
7. Well that each remember, it is LAW; and that only in Him - who hath fulfilled the law, replacing it with mercy, love, hope and understanding - can such be wholly comprehended or understood.
8. It is not always the sin of the parents that such be their measure of responsibility, but oft it is as here - rather that the soul-consciousness of this entity may become aware of what true abiding love leads individuals to do concerning those who are wholly dependent upon others for every care; thus fulfilling, thus completing a full understanding of that law.
9. So easily it is misinterpreted, so oft passed over as being beautiful but not applicable in the own experience!
10. But to all here we see same manifested in a material way and manner, namely - "As ye do it unto the least of these, my brethren, ye do it unto me," saith the Lord.
11. So, with what measure ye mete - in body, in mind, in spirit - the same is measured to thee.
12. The fulfilling of such in the experience of the parents, of the entity itself, makes same null and void in the experience as sin. For the Lord loveth those who repent. For there is the more joy over the one that returns than the ninety and nine just that never strayed away.
13. So, it was for - it is through, it is by such love that has been manifested and is being manifested in the experience of this entity, that he entered this particular environ.
14. As was manifested in the experience of Him, - though He were without sin, He offered His body, His blood, His life, that we through Him might have the access to the Father of light, of love, of hope, of mercy.
15. Thus we find here an entity who in the appearances and experiences before this knew of, - yea, in many of those sojourns was well acquainted with, - those who did kindnesses, those who patiently and lovingly did minister to the needs of those who were without hope, who were disturbed in body and in mind as to which way to turn and as to what courses to pursue. Yet the entity turned away from same, that there might be the joys of the material nature, the enjoying of appetites in self for a season.
16. Yet here we find the entity is overtaken, and that what the entity has sown he is reaping.
17. These conditions, then, bring opportunities for those who minister, those who care for such, to meet their own selves, - in joy or in duty, obligation.
18. With love did the Father offer His Son. With love, patience and understanding did the Son give what will be the measure of faith of those who minister here to this soul, - who is entering into an awakening through that being administered in the present.
19. As we find in the material, - we would administer the low electrical vibration of the Wet Cell Appliance carrying the element which creates stamina in the nerve centers, - that is, Chloride of Gold; the proportions being one grain Chloride of Gold to each ounce of Distilled Water, and carried into the system vibratorially through this Appliance.
20. Let the periods of attaching this Appliance be used as periods when suggestion would be made to the mental and physical being, by those responsible for the care, for the life flow of blood in this experience.
21. Doing this IN FAITH, in hope, MUCH may be accomplished as time (as ye call it) passes.
22. But do this in that manner even as He administered, knowing ye may only sow the seed of truth, of hope, of mercy, of kindness, of patience, and let GOD give the increase; leaving it with Him.
23. As to the former appearances, - these in the most part, as indicated, may be summed up in that one in which there was the disregarding of self's activity in relationships to making known by application the truths that "I AM MY BROTHER'S KEEPER."
24. Plant that suggestively, - plant that physically, - in the lives about the entity, if there would come to all that which would be the more helpful experience for all.
25. We are through for the present.

(8/10/40 GD's note: See article [which was enclosed] regarding Wet Cell Appliance.
At your convenience, we'd like to have a history of this case to the time of obtaining the Reading, so that we may have something with which to compare our information.)

BACKGROUND

1. 7/23/40 Extract from his aunt's letter: "I am most anxious for a Reading of my nephew, 19 years old. He is a little unfortunate child whom medical science has been unable to help, and while we dare not hope to have him attain normalcy in this life, it would be a great comfort to his mother to KNOW the causes leading up to this Karma, and to know if there is ANYTHING she should do or COULD do to help him, more than she has already. Naturally, IF there could be a cure - anything you would suggest would be done."

REPORTS

1. 8/23/40 See aunt's Life Reading, 2328-1, Par. 36-A, 37-A regarding past associations with [2319] and his mother; also see GD's notes and follow-up correspondence under 2328-1.
2. In 1945 Gina Cerminara wrote Mrs. [2328] trying to secure detailed information as to [2319]'s affliction, but her address was no good and no reply was received. Could [2319] be a case of imbecility such as referred to in 585-2 report of 6/13/46, whose karma seemed to result from a similar cause? GD.
