Then, keep the other things that have been suggested.
Especially keep up the body building goods, with the beef
juices taken regularly. Don't do it haphazardly. Have
regular periods that this beef juice will be a part of the
diet. Season it more to the body's taste, and it may be
taken better. Do not gulp it but just sip it. Take at least
a teaspoonful when taken, but take a minute or more to sip
that amount, or just put it in the mouth in sips and let it
be assimilated with the gastric flow, rather than swallowing
the whole amount at once.
Do these and, as we find, there may be kept the better
conditions - unless there is the allowing of acidity or cold
to affect the body.
DO take the Epsom Salts Packs when needed, - that is, when
there is stiffness in the joints or in the extremities. When
these are used, be sure to follow them with the Peanut Oil
rub.
When there is any trouble with the bronchi, nasal passages,
use the inhalant.
DO have regular periods for the diet indicated, especially
the beef juice, and this seasoned better to the body's taste.
Ready for questions.
(Q) Any other suggestions?
(A) Keep the mental attitude of using the time for
constructive help and instruction for others. Find little
fault with others, as ye would not have thy Master find fault
with thee.
We are through for the present.

a check-up on her general condition and to know if the same
treatment prescribed for her last May would still be
advised."
REPORTS
6/21/42 Daughter [
2395]'s letter: "I guess both Madison and
Vanderbilt would have called it arthritis and neuritis. At
Vanderbilt they said she reacted to the test for undulant
fever and that a few gallstones showed up in the x-rays, but
they didn't advocate an operation. She took the hot packs
and massages last winter for 6 wks. again but claimed it made
her nervous. I wanted her to continue them but she has just
gone from one thing to another and nothing has seemed to do
much good."
10/17/55 Daughter [

in '45 and was bedridden for 6 years. She died in 1951."
