TEXT

  1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [2519]. This we have had before. Now, we find there are some changes. These are just beginning, and retractions may be expected from these. The relaxation of the body through the setting up of the stimuli through the heating, or through the respiratory system, will be found more than beneficial to the better conditions for this body. When the body from the baths is being dried, well were a weak solution - or half and half - of those of witch hazel and of distilled water used to rub the body THOROUGHLY, ESPECIALLY with a coarse towel, along the whole of the cerebro-spinal system, and especially across the hips and the upper dorsals. These will aid in alleviating the tautness as is seen in muscular forces, from those conditions as have long existed there, and are being gradually corrected - and this will make all adjustments much easier. These will relieve the condition to the extent where, were these given, that there may be the perfect relaxation just before the body retires, and the insomnia will disappear, and the sleep will be beneficial.
  2. The changes as will be found necessary when these are followed out - the manipulations and adjustments gradually changed - we will find that it will be much easier to produce the proper absorption in the adjustment of the organs of the pelvis in their proper manner.
  3. These should be - after a week of these treatments - ADJUSTED, and the packs or medications used for the adjustments in same, through local applications.
  4. Follow these, and we will find that these will be much improved.
  5. Well for the body to exercise as much in open as possible. Do not walk TOO far, but walking outside, or walking where the air may be breathed DEEP into the lungs, will be beneficial. Also this will aid the body in throwing off those of the affectations as have been in system with the use of the inhalant as has been given, that will reduce the irritation in throat and bronchia. These are reflex, NOT causes - but the cause is from REFLEXES in and from the nerve centers, that needs to be relaxed. Ready for questions.
  6. (Q) What causes pain in right hip?
    (A) That as has been indicated from the conditions as have existed in the body in the upper dorsals and in the lumbars. These are from muscular contractions from impingements as have existed there, from the tautness as has been seen in those ends - as has been described in the upper lumbar and in the central, or 5th, 6th, 7th dorsal.
  7. That is all the questions regarding this body.
  8. We are through with this reading.
