GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
EC: Yes, we have the body here; this we have had in part before.
In the physical forces of the body we find there are disturbances. These have to do primarily with the incoordination between the upper and lower circulation - or those hindrances that have come about by a congestion through the gall duct area.
These, then are the physical conditions as we find them with this body, [2665].
The blood supply indicates a slowing of circulation through the lower extremities - which gives ofttimes, from the waist downward a stinging, burning feeling, when the body arises of morning or has remained in one position for any great length of time.
These are the variations between superficial and deeper circulations, by those pressures in those areas indicated. This at times also causes nausea, a quickening of the circulation or heart beat. But not an organic heart disturbance; neither is there any cancerous indication from the effects of any characterization; though the anxiety that the body has at times - because of those disturbances in the pelvic organs, that are sympathetically affected - may bring about a great deal of aggravation.
As we find, these would be the applications:
Following the Periods we would use douches of Atomidine; not too strong but a teaspoonful to a gallon of water body temperature - only in a Fountain Syringe. This will allay disturbances caused there. It would be well to use these at least once each week.
Use hot Castor Oil Packs for an hour each day, for three days in succession, over the liver and gall duct area.
On the evening of the third day take internally two tablespoonfuls of Olive Oil.
The next week after the Oil Packs have been given begin with osteopathic treatments. Have at least six or eight thorough osteopathic adjustments, and then DRAIN the gall duct osteopathically. And we will find we will build back better conditions for this body; eliminating those disturbances to the central circulation, the headaches, the condition of nausea, the irritation through the pelvic organs, and causing better circulation of every nature.

(Q) What causes and what should be done to correct the facial condition that bothers me from time to time? Is it tied up with the nervous system or a dietary fault?
(A) The cleansing of the system will purify the body so that all of these conditions will disappear. The cleansing of the colon through colonic irrigations, and the correcting of the liver and gall duct disturbance will remove the cause of this condition.
(Q) Any suggestions regarding the diet?
(A) A well builded diet. Do not take combinations that are irritating to the superficial circulation; as too much starches combined at once, or activities that cause a lack of the vitamins A and D in the body. Get plenty of sunshine whenever practical either in or out of doors - but out of doors as oft as possible. Fish and the seafoods are preferable and should be plenty of these in the diet; once or twice each week. Fish and fowl; no hog meat, no beef, very little lamb.
Do, these and we will have better conditions.

BACKGROUND

4/26/43 Letter from [2665]: "...In the summer of 1925 you made a health reading for me at the request of Tom Brown of Dayton, Ohio. I was there and in Cincinnati with the Stewart Walker Players. Two years later your diagnosis was confirmed by a Dr. Smith at a Sanitorium in Pasadena and I have never had a recurrence of the pyloric spasms which troubled me then. However, many things have taken place in the years between and I do want another reading. The nervous system, the walls of the intestinal tract and the skin condition are the main things which concern me. I don't remember whether or not you need my birth date. You gave me a reading on the past and I only wish I had it now, but it is with my other papers in my household which is in The Hague, Holland - I am here for the duration with my two children, my husband there - and I've heard nothing from him for nearly a year. I was born about 9 o'clock at night on 7/21/1899 in Beatrice, Nebraska.

6/16/43 Letter from [2665]: "...I have asked for a physical reading as this miserable body of mine has taken a lot of beatings and I believe at my age it is wise to check, particularly as it is so vitally important I remain strong so I may give the children the care they need now and have a good reserve for the tremendous post-war readjustment... I'd ask for a physical on my husband in Holland if I knew where he was."
9/23/43 Letter from [2665]: "...I want to ask about the general condition. Specifically, where there is any trace of cancer and what condition the nervous system is in, or suggestions about that. Also, I've a skin (facial) condition which bothers me from time to time and seems tied up with the nervous system but there may also be a dietary fault. Anything you may suggest to improve my whole physical make-up I will be only too happy to know about.
"I can imagine you are about snowed under, the book being such a success. I hope you are not wearing yourself out..."
