8/12/26 EC's letter to [
2676]:
My dear Mr. [
2676]
I am in receipt of yours of the 8th, and I certainly wish
it were possible for me to accord with your wishes just at
this time, but I am sure you realize, if you have read the
pamphlet that was sent Mrs. [
4462] the very nature of the
work prevents me from making these readings every hour or so
during the day. I am only able to make two of these during
any one day, unless, of course, it is very, very, serious,
and then I have to rest over the next day. Also you will
realize that as people become acquainted with the work that
we do, and really obtain results for their physical and
mental ails, we have more and more calls upon us for the
work. Already we are dated up until the date as is set
on your card enclosed. I am in hopes that his will not be
too late for you. I am also in hopes that I will be able,
through these sources, to offer you a solution for your
problem. As to whether I will or not, I cannot tell you
at the present time, but I do know that practically every
individual, without exception, declare the Life Readings
to be the most helpful of anything they have had in their
experience. If this will be satisfactory to you, to make
this at this time, you will please sign the enclosed card
and return to us at once. This will be attended to on this
date, and I certainly hope that we may prove of service. Of
course, if you do not desire the reading made, I shall be
very glad to return your contribution. The contributions, as
you know, are free will offerings, to work of this nature.
We ask people to be just as honest with us in same as they
desire us to be with them.
Yours sincerely, Edgar Cayce EC:GD
REPORTS
11/22/26 [
2676]'s letter to EC:
Mr. Edgar Cayce,
Virginia Beach, Va.
Dear Mr. Cayce:-
Pardon me for not having written sooner. The reading came
and just HOW YOU DO IT doesn't matter so long as you get the
results. You have hit the nail on the head, right along, &
singled out my weaknesses one after the other. I am ashamed
of my contribution but plan to get a further reading soon and
will send all I can afford then - or a little more.
Very truly yours [
2676]
1/19/27 His wife, Mrs. [
4462], secured a Physical Reading.
