4/11/42 Daughter's letter:
Mr. Edgar Cayce
Virginia Beach, Virginia
Dear Mr. Cayce;
I wish to thank you very much for the help you have given
me in the past.
My father, Mr. [
2689] arrived here three days ago. Due to
circumstances over which he had no control he was unable to
follow out the previous recommendations, but since arriving
here and having a few colonics and treatments, he feels some
better, although he is still weak from lack of food.
Enclosed you will find a check for $10.00 for a recheck. He
will be here at this address up until Monday night when he
goes to the Osteopathic Hospital at 48th & Spruce Streets for
an X-ray of the stomach and intestines. He will probably be
there two or three days and then will be returning here.
I am sending this letter air mail in hopes you may be able to
give the reading on Monday.
I would appreciate it if you could give father advice as to
diet and treatment, that is if there is to be any change.
4/15/42 See
2689-3.
