(Q) Please suggest things to be stressed and things to be
avoided in the diet.
(A) AVOID too much combinations of starches. Do not take
a combination of potatoes, meat, white bread, macaroni or
cheese at the same meal; no two of these at any one meal,
though they each may be taken separately at other times, or
as a lunch or a part of a meal. Avoid raw meats, or rare
meats - that are not well cooked. Not too much EVER of any
hog meat. Have plenty of vegetables, and especially one meal
each day should include some raw or uncooked vegetables. But
here, too, combinations must be kept in line. Do not take
onions and radishes at the same meal with celery and lettuce,
though either of these may be taken at different times, see?
(Q) Would another climate be helpful in correcting this
condition?
(A) A higher altitude, of course, would be more beneficial
to the body.
(Q) Any mental and spiritual advice?
(A) Use the abilities ye have in constructive thinking
and constructive doing; and you will find life and its
relationships more worth while.
We are through for the present.

REPORTS
8/07/55 Report from Miss [
1548] who subsequent to the reading
was married to Mr. [
2732] for a few years: "The reading
was not followed, with the exception of taking one or two
osteopathic treatments. An alcoholic problem prevented him
from being consistent with any treatment or constructive
activity."
12/17/66 Mr. [
2732]'s letter to GD: "I have been severely
ill; to wit, cerebral vascular accident, plus a coronary
deterioration, in plain words a 'stroke'. However, it did
not leave me crippled nor disfigured in any way, other than
I have to confine my activities to a slower pace, and since
the Lord has seen fit to grant me the time, who am I to
complain!"
12/04/75 He wrote:
I went down and knocked on Hell's door
But they sent me back to live some more,
Saying "Your name is not here inscribed,
Furthermore you have not yet died! So
Go back to the place from whence you came
And stop calling us all those dirty names.
Above all else, whatever you do,
Don't call us, we'll call you!"
(Memories of my hospital experience. I DIED for five minutes
on the operating table.)
11/19/76 Mr. [
2732] died in a hospital of abdominal cancer.
