4/21/27 EC's letter to Mr. [
2734]: "Sometime ago Mr. [
195]
requested that a Life Reading be given for you. We wrote you
a note concerning this, but we found when we went to take the
reading that Mr. [
195] had given us the wrong birth date.
Consequently, it was put off from time to time, for a more
convenient season - but, as you will see, it was gotten
yesterday afternoon.
"We are anxious, indeed, Mr. [
2734], to know what you think
of this, and would appreciate very much your taking the time
to let us know just what you think of the information that is
given - for we are trying to study these. We don't profess
to know anything about the source of the information, nor as
to how much - if anything - it would be worth to an
individual. However, I must say, without exception, everyone
has seemed to feel these were worth while, and that some very
valuable information is always given in readings of this
kind. So, of course, we are anxious to know what your
impression of same will be.
"Hoping that you will let us hear from you, and kindest
personal regards..."
4/30/27 Mr. [
195]'s letter: "I thought the [
2734] Life
Reading a real good one and it fitted him perfectly. I wrote
him a letter, asking what his reaction was and advising him
that I would try and explain any point that was not clear to
him. As evidenced by an astrologer friend of his writing
you, your reading set him thinking, and the astrologer is
trying to find out your method of casting a horoscope. Would
like to interest wealthy and influential persons in your new
undertaking, and if Mr. [
2734] writes in please give his
letter your best attention, for as soon as he is convinced he
is in a position to do a world of good."

2734]'s interest
and possible big contribution to Cayce Hospital.
