1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures, answering the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, [[2752] nickname], we have the body here, [2752]; this we have had before.
3. As we find there is much improvement in many ways since we had the body here before. There only needs to be those precautions as to keep a well balanced diet for the developments of the body. Be cautious that there is sufficient of vegetable forces in one manner or another added to the diet, so as to prevent incoordination in any of the eliminating channels. For we find, there is a tendency for the alimentary canal not to coordinate with the eliminations through the circulation, to the lymph or the exterior or perspiratory circulation (you see the body seldom sweats), or the kidneys and the lungs.
4. Hence there is needed a stimulation by massages and the occasional adding to the system of those laxatives, if the same form of milk or diet is kept. But don't give too much sweets nor any pastries or candies. You can add a little honey as a sweet for the body with toasted bread or the like, and raw milk - provided it is from cows that don't eat certain characters of food. If they eat dry food, it is well, if they eat certain types of weeds or grass grown this time of you, it won't be so good for the body.
5. Now to cleanse the system, we would set up the eliminations with Castoria. Taken as it is in the present it is very good.
6. After hot baths we would massage the body with cocoa butter, especially along the cerebrospinal system and over the abdominal area, especially in the area of the lacteal ducts and the liver and along the side of the whole caecum area.
7. Do that and we will keep better conditions for this body.

9. (Q) Which of the following would be preferable: - A. The milk as it is now being prepared and used? B. Raw milk from the same source? C. Grade A milk from other source?
   (A) The raw milk from the same source as in the present would be more preferable, provided the digestive system is first set up for it - that is, purified.
10. (Q) What foods should be avoided to help prevent body rash?
    (A) As indicated pastries and sweets - except honey or the like.
11. (Q) Any special care to keep teeth strong and healthy?
    (A) Give her a little Calcios or lime water. But Calcios would be better if it is given correctly. About once or twice a week, give the body what would go on about half of a whole wheat cracker, as though it were buttered. She will like it after the third time, but you'll have a time with her at first.
12. (Q) What causes hiccoughs when she laughs? Please advise corrective measures.
    (A) Do this massaging as indicated over the liver and gall duct area. You see, a hiccough is the convulsion in the diaphragm where the esophagus enters the upper portion of the stomach. And as this rash is caused from incoordination of the eliminations, you will kill two birds with one pebble.
13. (Q) Why do knees seem to slip out of joint?
    (A) This is only seeming. The body is very well developed. It only needs to be kept in the right growth with the exercises.
14. (Q) Is close physical contact with her aunt, [1548], who had T.B. inadvisable?
    (A) If it's in the open, it's right advisable. If it's to be closed in a place where it's rather warm, not very advisable with anyone else, much less her Aunt [1548].
15. (Q) Any mental and spiritual advice to the mother in directing and caring for this child?
    (A) Be positive but don't break the will of the entity. Make the whole conversation to the body interesting to the body, and so that the body ever wants to do more. Do not so oft say "don't - don't - don't." More oft say "do - do - do!" Let it be something the body likes to do. And this may be found better by instruction as to "Shall we do this, that or the other?" But always let it be constructive in every way. And you will find agreements that will be worthwhile. Do it.
