New York City
Dear Dr. [
2772]
Thank you very much for your letter of Feb. 18th.
Enclosed you will find some data on the Radio-Active
Appliance together with the name and address of the man who
is now making these up for us. They are made only on order
from individuals who secure readings.
These appliances together with the wet cells, constitute one
of the most interesting types of suggestion give by the
readings for they are used as part of the treatment for a
good many different kinds of ailments. As you probably
gathered from reading the book, our attempts to carry on some
experimentation with them have not been entirely successful;
not because the appliances do not work but because of the
difficulty in getting them used in any large number of cases
from the same character of illnesses.
I have before me a copy of your reading of Feb. 8th and I
note the first question pertaining to sea foods. As I
understand the answer to this question, sweets, alcohol,
vinegar pickles and other condiments, when taken with sea
foods are bad combinations for you. I imagine it would be
necessary for you to experiment with yourself in ascertaining
whether or no questionable combinations cause bad effects.
It was certainly a pleasure to see you and your family in New
York. I wish we had had time to sit down and have a long
talk about the work for I am sure there are many phases of it
which are much clearer to you now than when you first came
down to Virginia Beach.
We appreciate your interest very much and I hope it will be
possible to continue to be of service to you and your family.
I have not forgotten my promise regarding the date [Ipsab -
[
1800] series] which I am getting up for you. I have been
without a secretary for some time and have gotten away
behind.
With kindest regards from all.
Sincerely, Hugh Lynn Cayce

Dear Mr. Cayce:
Enclosed please find a check for $25 to review my membership.
I was very happy to talk to you today.
Knowing how busy you are I hesitated for a long time before
calling you. But having faith in the "readings" because of
the great relief and assistance received in the past, I am
therefore once again calling on you for aid.
Enclosed on a separate sheet are some questions I would like
answered.
If it is possible to get me a reading at some odd moment due
to a cancellation or some ones short reading - I will be
forever grateful.
