This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home, 2411-1/2 E. Fifth Street, Dayton, Ohio, this 25th day of January, 1924, in accordance with request made by herself, [2790].

TEXT

1. EC: Now, we find the spirit and soul forces with the present entity was completed near the meridian, and there are many influences in the present life of this entity through the astrological conditions as these affect the entity in its present, past and future destiny.
2. As to the greater influences for this entity (for it is the part of a whole entity) [GD's note: She was born a twin, had a twin sister, [129].] we find that it comes under the greater influence of Jupiter and Venus, with the afflictions of Mercury, Mars, and with Neptune and Saturn in the ninth and eleventh house, the Sun and Moon both being in the favorable constellations for the entity.
3. This, without the regard of will force in the present entity, gives those influences that make for an ennobling life, yet with some of the days when the influence of Venus leads to those points near to indiscretion,¹ though will may enter in these forces, and others make for the better developing in this present plane.
4. This, as we find, is an old entity upon this plane, and has gone far in the developing. With the forces of Jupiter and Neptune, with Venus in the better forces, gives the great insight into the entity's forces, and much of intuitive forces that become beyond those of the normal.
5. In the constellations, we find under Taurus, which gives, with the afflictions of Mercury, those tendencies towards those portions in the physical for afflictions in the body. With the forces of Jupiter and Venus, these may be overcome, even irrespective of will upon certain days, and these appear in the sphere of the destiny as controlled by the forces in the planets, as in this which will occur on the 19th of March, this year. Again in June, 24th, and again in October 20th and December 2nd, all in present calendar year.
6. The forces of the financial and the ennobling forces in development come within the next five years.
7. We find, with this entity's forces in this sphere, the days as numbered will be many. There are those forces that may be controlled by will that may assist in the developing of the entity's sphere.
8. As to the vocation, this should be, and has been turned toward that of the musical forces, for with the development under the influence of Venus and Jupiter these would bring great strength to the body through harmonious forces in that of the musical, or those pertaining to the higher forces in music.
9. As to the personalities, we find the individuality comes from those as in these, and the personality as manifested in the present entity comes from these:
10. In that just before this sphere, we find in that of the Court in the station known as the Governor's forces, in the country known now as Georgia. In this we find that of this executive's daughter, Mae.
11. In those before this, we find in that of the North Country, or in that of the Scotch country, and from the forces or of the peoples to whom the leaders of those under Cromwell's forces [came] in that portion, and in this we find as that of Kerr, and
12. In the one before this, we find in the court of the Grecians, when the rule was of the elements that brought the beauty and symmetrical forces of development of the physical, and in that we find this entity's forces as in that of Orlee, and
13. Before this in the court and country of the Persian king, when that force as was under Xerxes was in power, and this entity's forces then were exercised in that of the waiter upon the queen, and in this that of Extell, and
14. Before [this we find] in the country of Poseida, or Alta, and was then in that court as the ruler's daughter, Armizee. And for the personalities as shown in the present from this:
15. In the first, we find in that the love or the inanimate forces as express themselves in the inner being concerning those things that have to do with the beautiful, in those of marble or of cut stone, and before this, in the king's court, the love of jewels other than those cut, and
16. Before this, in that of the own expressed forces that come with the harmony of all movement, physical, mental or of the soul strain, and in the one
17. Just before the present that which brings close the present companionship of the entity, and the desire for travel.
18. The entity's developing forces will lie in those pertaining to those forces of Neptune and of Jupiter's better forces.
19. Keep well in those forces for the development toward that as is set in Him.
