TEXT

1. HLC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:
2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [2808].
3. As we find, there are disturbing conditions that prevent the better physical functioning of the body.
4. We find that these have to do primarily with the slowing up of the vital energies of the body, as produced first by a tendency towards acidity in the body - in some times back, and the effect of toxic forces that produces those disturbances in the functioning of the liver and the kidneys - as related to this circulation.
5. This in turn, because of the pressures produced upon the general nervous system of the body, causes an irregularity in the pulsation; and the pulsation and the metabolism being so disturbed causes high blood pressure.
6. These, then, are effects, and arise in a great part owing to the diets and the lack of proper elimination - and because of a plethora condition shown in the colon itself, and a tendency for prolapsus in the lower portion of colon.
7. These, as we find, are the sources and causes of the disturbance with this body.
8. Hence the blood supply indicates the disturbance both in the metabolism AND the katabolism of the system; irregular; responding to those properties that have been given that empty the heart itself. But these only become temporary reliefs.
9. And while there may never arise such disturbance as to destroy the body from the effect of the heart affectation, this irregularity in same will leave such an overflow of poisons in either the lungs, liver or kidneys, as to involve - unless eliminated - sources that will constantly bring greater distresses, and the divisions in the body itself.
10. As to the general conditions, and affectations through the general system, - the body finds that over-exertion of any kind brings such fagged and undesirable conditions to the general physical and mental body. Thus the body is tired, languid, not able to carry on that as it desires.
11. While in the mental self the body is as active as ever, these poisons or toxic forces are gradually affecting and weakening the resistances of the body.
12. As we find, there should be general precautions as to diet:
13. Do not take meats, - practically none; but a little fish, fowl or lamb may be taken occasionally. Use more of vegetables, and at least once each day eat some raw vegetables.
14. Do have colonic irrigations, - or do use Tyrrell's Elevator as a means or source of producing daily better eliminations from the alimentary canal.
15. But there should be two or three good colonics given, at least, to eradicate this tendency for the plethora condition in the transverse and upper portion of descending colon. These should be scientifically (that is, professionally) given.
16. Then the use of the Tyrrell's Elevator by self would be a practical means of keeping down these conditions.
17. Through these channels we may eliminate the causes of these disturbances.
18. And then take the precautions as to the diet. Never take foods containing fats of any kind; no fried foods at all. Refrain from all of these. Very little or no sugar, - just occasionally taking sweets or pastries.
19. Do these, and it will only be necessary to have occasionally the pellets or capsules that have been taken for the reducing of these conditions. We will find better conditions as to weight, as to feeling and as to activity. Do those things.
20. Ready for questions.
21. We are through for the present.
