First, begin with having at least once a week a good,
thorough hydrotherapy treatment. This would include a light
sweat, a thorough rubdown with the pine oils, and
occasionally - about twice a month - a high colonic
irrigation, to cleanse the colon and the poisons from the
system. Once or twice a week have a good neuropathic or
osteopathic massage, and for this body these should be
stimulating treatments, especially in the areas from the 3rd
and 4th dorsal to the 1st and 2nd cervical, and then a
thorough massage - with some stimulations through the lumbar
and sacral areas.
These as we find will bring about better coordination,
relieve nerve tensions, making for better activity and better
abilities for the body to respond.
Do not overeat fats, but DO take vitalized foods. But do not
begin with any special vitamins until the body has been
thoroughly cleansed - until, from the colonics, there is
little or no indication of mucous in the colon areas. Then
take Vitamin B Complex, one a day. These will revitalize the
energies for the body.
Then the mental attitudes:
To be sure, with the general feeling of disturbance,
everything oft upsets and the body tends to nag or to dispute
with the associates and those activities about the body. The
body should refrain from these.
And (not that there are not to be discriminations made, but
from the spiritual angle), as ye would that others should do
to you, do ye so to them; whether they comply with your idea
of return feelings or activities or not! There will be a
change in attitude IF SELF is first correct in its own
attitude and activity!
Do these as indicated, - consistently, persistently, - and we
will soon find improvements in the physical forces and in the
environs, and in the purposes and outlook of the body.
We are through for the present.

BACKGROUND
11/08/42 Questions:
I am somewhat worried about my health. Why does my husband
insist on constantly belittling me before our servants,
friends and hotel guests? Can I prevent him from being so
stingy, after I have helped him earn all we have? Is there
anything better in store for me soon?
